    @AskNationwide Leaving your customers open to identity theft …. You’re calling people out of the blue ! Really poor practice. And nothing on your website to allow people to check it’s your team either.

    @AskNationwide Still an apology doesn't do much, with late payments which ends up destroying my credit. Sick of this bank always having problems. I think I will be changing in the new year.

    @AskNationwide Weve been having problems for weeks , constant lies , whats worse is for past few weeks weve been dealing with director have many complaints open at thid at one point you took my partners wage for over 5 days with no acces to her account. No issues have been resolved, More lies

    @AskNationwide My frustration has been with the stock answer of ‘everything is sorted and all payments are up to date’ - if I’d been told “We’re still working through a backlog of missing payments” I’d have waited patiently (like I did for the first 48 hours).

    @in_mules @AskNationwide They’re saying the same to me too. That all issues have been resolved. At the moment, I have £850 floating around in the ether where the sender’s bank says it’s been sent and received and yet it’s not showing in my Natiowide account 54 hours after being sent.

    I can’t lie, I’ve never had any issues with @AskNationwide prior to Tuesday. Tuesday they messed me up and within 24hours of hearing my concern they have contacted me 4 times. Today they have resolved the issue and apologised twice 👏🏾#WhatGoodCustomerServiceLooksLike

    @AskNationwide STOP TELLING PEOPLE THE ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED WHEN THEY CLEARLY HAVE NOT! A LOT OF PEOPLE STILL WAITING ALL BEFORE CHRISTMAS FFS SORT IT OUT!
