Last month I spent a good few hours sorting stuff out re @AskNationwide payments, as their internal processes wouldn’t let me do what I actually wanted. This month it turns out they DID, costing me quite a lot of cash along with the wasted time. And more wasted time to fix it.

@AskNationwide The chat option is nowhere to be found, there is no blue chat button at the bottom of the screen, I sent a secure message instead. You really need to fix that, though, the description is useless if it only repeats the payers name, rather than displaying the payment information.
