@mgslucas @AskNationwide Having similar problems. Sick of Nationwide. No one gets back to you & can't get thru on phone, then when you do all they can do is email switch team who don't get back to you. Phoned & automated service says they're not taking calls & immediately cuts you off. Shocking service.

@AskNationwide as you are removing paym functionality next year will you be replacing it with a user friendly way to pay someone new? Maybe removing the card reader requirement for regular transfers like most other banks not working in 1995?

@AskNationwide 1/2 I challenge the ‘here to help’ for the second time in a few months, a limited term account is closing. The do nothing simple option is for any savings to end up in a 0.5% account, not the best, maybe on of the 2 or 3%. It seems nigh on impossible to do online and in advance.

@AskNationwide 2/2. Going to a branch was a waste of time. Promised action just never took place. You can’t even make a complaint online they set up the website to stop the complaint you really want to make. Time again to look for another bank-but they all seem crap and full ofbs

@AskNationwide having failed to get through to your call centre I now have to drive 30 miles to reach a branch. Very poor customer service. I’ve been a customer of yours for 35 years. Not good enough.
