    @AskNationwide It's a Samsung. It just doesn't load, the app opens and then there is a spinning circle that goes round and it says "talking to nationwide" underneath but it never gets to the login page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it hasn't helped.

    @AskNationwide I called UK insurance for a medical upgrade for my flexplus holiday insurance. I've had no email to accept/pay the upgrade and I can't login the portal to do it either. Do I really have to wait half hour on the phone again to sort this?

    @AskNationwide Firstly, DON'T address me by my Christian/first name, I'm a customer & not one of your mates. Secondly, when I get the chance, I'll call into our branch, as I don't intend wasting money on phone calls & it's never convenient or helpful when any of Nationwide's team calls.

    @AskNationwide how do I cancel recurring card payment via your app? I called your customer services but was cut off and now not getting through at all. If it can be done via the app, give me the instructions. And before you say it, I can't contact the company

    @AskNationwide @gavhock The rates are poor. Atom Bank is offering 75 times (that’s not a typo) the interest on an instant access savings account compared to Nationwide. Nationwide is on a similar level to the high street banks. It never used to be like this.

    @AskNationwide I have a bookmark in Firefox that is just your website address. This is embarrassing as we have contractors who want paying this afternoon and I need to either increase my Credit Card limit temporarily or have access to pay in some savings if he wants cash.
