@AskNationwide are there actually and phone lines open today?! Everything I read on Twitter, your website, paperwork, says lines are open this morning. Have rung 2 different numbers to be told “you’re closed”!!! Need to speak to someone ASAP. Thanks.

@AskNationwide I can't locate the transaction, your app won't show statements. It says "sorry, we are experiencing a technical problem, please try again or view our service availability page for more info". (That page says everything is working normally, so not helpful...)

@AskNationwide Partner applied for loan - sent docs back thurs (emailed) - monies should have been transferred today - nothing in account. He said communication from nationwide about this whole loan application process has been shockingly awful.

@MartinSLewis - I'm helping mum switch to a lower mortgage rate but @AskNationwide are super diff - its taken me 6 calls to get an online appt - seems to me they don't want you to pay off your mortgage or get a better deal - is anyone else having the same issue!!

@AskNationwide Thanks Hannah. I've checked,no updates available on my phone. It's running Android 7. It's strange as everything was working OK up to a couple of weeks ago, and strange that one flex account is still OK, the other two are not showing any activity.
