@AskNationwide That’s the number I’ve kept having to call and had all the problems with with of getting cut off etc. I’ve so far wasted close to an hour and half of my day on the phone.

  • KzpKaren Karen 💙 (@KzpKaren) reported

@AskNationwide why do I have to resort to Twitter to try to get a response and mortgage solution from you? Absolutely awful service from your customer resolution dept.

  • petersharding Peter Harding (@petersharding) reported

@AskNationwide I visited Deal branch today, cool thanks to A/C units. The electric front door was locked open, when queried, staff told me that it was because it was 'too cold'. Asked if the A/C could not be turned down, told it was on max. There is an energy crisis!

@kirst_j_edwards @AskNationwide they shouldn't be able to offer this service if its this crap

  • Karen_J4 KarenJ (@Karen_J4) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks for your reply. It would be great if @AskNationwide could consider customers who don’t have access to the internet.

  • jessica16_x Jessica Buck (@jessica16_x) reported

@AskNationwide Ok thank you I’ll try call tomorrow, been a loyal customer for 25+ years so was just disappointed to have been charged way more interest than expected considering I’ve never not paid off my credit card in full before!

  • vgnmnky Rob Johnson (@vgnmnky) reported

@AskNationwide Further to this. Just received text from Nationwide saying I need to return T&C's for account to be opened. There's no link, and I haven't yet received a letter or email with anything to acknowledge/sign/return. I am an existing customer.

  • _LimbalRings 🌸Rebecca🌸 (@_LimbalRings) reported

@AskNationwide I have asked him to do that. I am just explaining that it is difficult for me now with no money and it is your fault this has happened. Not my bank's fault. Santander told me that. There is obviously an issue with you. It normally works perfectly fine every week.

  • SuzyMuirhead Suzy Muirhead (@SuzyMuirhead) reported

@AskNationwide I would love to do this, however, twice I have tried this, over an hour in total wasted and no further forward. The second time I even got cut off the second time. Worst customer service I have ever had from Nationwide.
