    @AskNationwide Leaving your customers open to identity theft …. You’re calling people out of the blue ! Really poor practice. And nothing on your website to allow people to check it’s your team either.

    Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

    @AskNationwide Flex direct Nationwide customer. Planning on opening 2 more accounts - 1 @ Nationwide and 1 @ Tesco bank (with better interest) I need to get my passport certified. Went into Nationwide today with a request to certify passport. Request refused! Why?

    @AskNationwide @DamonJ2001 He went into nationwide in Winton Bmth to deposit ‘children in need’ collection, only to be told they’re not accepting CIN donations, despite being advertised on the CIN site that nationwide are taking the donations. I hope that’s clear enough for you 👍

    Hey @AskNationwide is there any reason your app is so unstable? I run multiple banking apps and yours is the only one with failing to load issues that just hangs on the log in screen, it's a shame because generally everything else you do is so great...

    @laurameowy @AskNationwide It's awful. The app is so far behind other banking apps. Other functions like scanning in cheques to pay them in would also be nice!

    Tried to deposit @BBCCiN donations into @AskNationwide in Winton Bournemouth today to be told they are not taking donations Not what it says on the CiN website and not great service from who aren’t supporting CiN in 2022 #CiN #ChildrenInNeed2022

    @AskNationwide how long does it take to resolve my visa dispute? I was charged £17.50 on a FAKE ULEZ site in London! Please refund my money.. :(
