How can you charge an existing customer a ยฃ999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for ยฃ35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

Online chat has no-one available either. Best possible service? Really?

It's basically bomalia. @AskNationwide have their head office there, they're both importing indians to work in Swindon, and therefore help with Swindon's enshittification AND outsourcing call centre jobs to india.

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! Iโve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!
