@AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

  • colin12269 Colin Evans (@colin12269) reported from Sutton Valence, England

Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide I've been asked to supply ID for a flexi account. I have to do so before 14/07 but no information on how to and the branch was zero help. No appointment available until after 14/07

  • uncleplug JT (@uncleplug) reported

@AskNationwide It will be investigated with the same lack of customer focus or evidence based reasoning as your mortgage processes have so I expect nothing of any value from it.

  • BrainlessRap Brainless (@BrainlessRap) reported

@AskNationwide I am not a customer of the Nationwide, but I paid my employee’s wages to your bank with the wrong sort code. The support doesn’t want to speak to me or to her regards this matter. What shall I do?

  • DrPeteWood Pete Wood (@DrPeteWood) reported

@AskNationwide Hi Nationwide team. I’ve just been checking my accounts via the mobile app (& same on the website) and all my current & savings accounts are there, but my mortgage appears to have disappeared? Any idea what’s going on?

  • townesvannev MarkK (@townesvannev) reported

@AskNationwide Same issue via your Web Internet banking. Are you sure you don't want to investigate this?

  • RohanCoop RohanCoop (@RohanCoop) reported

@AskNationwide Hi. What number can I contact about a potential fake transaction from a website that no longer has any contact details?

  • townesvannev MarkK (@townesvannev) reported

@AskNationwide I just checked with a friend. She has the same issue. You should not need my input to solve your major incident.

  • uncleplug JT (@uncleplug) reported

@AskNationwide A complaint has already been raised with you but given how you’ve hidden behind responsible lending as an excuse for atrocious service, I expect a whitewash. I just want other prospective customers to be aware that their house purchase may fall through from your awful service.

  • BrainlessRap Brainless (@BrainlessRap) reported

@AskNationwide The mistake was only with the sort code, not with the account number. If it makes the issue a bit clearer.

  • uncleplug JT (@uncleplug) reported

@AskNationwide You’re the exact opposite of helpful - you spin out the mortgage application process in the hope that people won’t proceed, finding every excuse not to lend including ignoring confirmation of earnings letters. Terrible building society. People should complain to @TheFCA
