Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide So Nationwide will not review the issues raised by IOS Beta 2 until there’s an IOS 16 at about this time next year? Users will be without an IOS service for an electronic banking service for the next year? Does that sum it up?

@AskNationwide Oppo find x3 pro. Tbf it's happening on all my finance apps, but no idea why when they're set up to use fingerprint. Each time i then log in with passcode it asks if i want to use fingerprint but then next time somehow ignores that

@AskNationwide is there a problem with your online banking app? I transferred money from a different bank into my nationwide account yesterday and it hasn’t shown up. I definitely transferred it to the right account, the details are saved from previous transfers and I checked it
