How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc
