How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

Roger the Goat 🎾 (@JasonPJones09) reported@AskNationwide @DamonJ2001 He went into nationwide in Winton Bmth to deposit ‘children in need’ collection, only to be told they’re not accepting CIN donations, despite being advertised on the CIN site that nationwide are taking the donations. I hope that’s clear enough for you 👍

There's no problem with funds/when we've asked at @asda customer services they can't give an explanation. Do you want me to call as it happens as that would cause further embarrassment?
