@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

@AskNationwide why is this bank such a bag of shite? 3 times now people have had issues with payments in just a few weeks!🙄

@AskNationwide Well my direct debit has bounced due to Nationwide, not me. It is going cause issues now. Nationwide should have done the right thing and held the direct debit processing until inbound payment resolution had been sorted. Clearly don't think helpfully for your customers.

@AskNationwide I moved everything away from Nationwide when I tried to pay a deposit and they froze my account because they refused to believe I was me. Both my old and new mortgages were with Nationwide. They refused to accept their own mortgage agreement as proof of address. Completely broken

It’s ridiculous that, in this modern age, credit payments and any other financial transactions can’t be made into and out of bank accounts on any day of the year. Every day is a ‘working day’ for most people, Bank Hols & weekends included. #bankcredits @AskNationwide #getitsorted

@jessyjensen @HerbieHedgie @AskNationwide I'm in Scotland and the banks aren't open or I would of been down there by now. X

@AskNationwide This is ridiculous! I'm at work and transferred money in at 9am to cover DDS, but I had to beg a family member to go and put cash in my account so as not to bounce them! Exactly the same problem as before, I might take my banking elsewhere after being let down twice!

@angiebothered @AskNationwide Hi Angela people are after compensation for no reason, it funny when something happens everyone getting paid exact same excuse they used 2 weeks ago. I have had payment sent from Santander to nationwide no issues so I must be lucky one

@independencekat @jessyjensen @AskNationwide To be honest you were probably better off not being able to go. The branches haven't been giving the best advice with some blaming the customer for the money not showing.😮
