@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@v_knipe @AskNationwide I went in to my branch as my card was not working as the app was saying on my brocken noble saying card up locked A very nice member of staff in the Coventry broadgate branch Took me to the cas point and showed that it was still locked , Set everything on my new mobile up

@AskNationwide why have you made it so hard to add someone to an account? Wife and I have single acc, and jnt mortgage, so should be simple to make one of the accounts into a joint account. Branch didn't want to know and phone line not open when we can both be on call. Terrible.

@AskNationwide Hello, I have just set up my betting apps for sport as I’ve recently turned 18. However, when I go to deposit money, my card stops me and the site says that my card is stopping me. Is there anyway I can start depositing money?
