@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Yes, I have one that I am using to authorise the payment. I get to the bit where I get the code. Insert that into the app and it says there is a technical issue. I did write the correct code. It’s done this twice now.

Sad to report that @AskNationwide join the ranks of companies with poor consideration for #accessability. Every question I have asked via the web chat function is met with a "please call customer services on 0xxxxxxx" response. If I wanted to do that, I would have started there.
