    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide trainline basket timed out but kept tickets. When i tried again I bought double without realising. Tickets are non-refundable. Can nationwide help with this? cost over £200.

    @damawa42 @AskNationwide I’m also stuck. Others are complaining too. I’ve tried their solutions and none of them work. The issue isn’t with our devices or browsers but their website.
