    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Queuing payments !! This is not answering my ? , what is or has been the issue that they have had to queued, I have accounts with Nat West (10 yrs) and Halifax(forvever) and an executors account with TSB (2 yrs)and these gave never had this issue

    @AskNationwide - Let’s make things clear from the start, the problem is NOT sorted. Money hasnt arrived in our Nationwide account which is a standing order from my NatWest account on the 1st of every month. My mortgage DD (amongst others) has been returned as not enough funds.

    @AskNationwide I’m really disappointed with your dismissive responses. People struggle after Christmas enough as it is without your company holding back incoming payments. I am paid on time always. This is not my employers issue, this is your bank causing all the trouble. It is so stressful!

    @AskNationwide have lost us as a customer purely on the fact they can’t sort the re-accruing issue of handling there members payments in and out of accounts so decided to go with @StarlingBank instead who I am sure will be able to do better! #Nationwidebank

    @AskNationwide This ongoing issues need to be resolved. It's the second time in less than 2 weeks customers have been inconvenienced. This is unacceptable.
