@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide hi, can I opt out of using a card reader to send money from my current account? I’ve just switched to you and it’s a big backward step and makes sending money in the go impossible.

@AskNationwide It's fine I've finally got through but not a great experience. I called twice from 10.30pm til 2am this morning. Then from after 6am holding for 3 hours. Not good at all for an emergency service

@AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

@AskNationwide I’ve always had them before. It lets you select my number or my husbands. But when I select it says it has sent it but hasn’t. The fact is it did send to my husband but you said we never asked for one in the first place so definitely your error.

@AskNationwide Thanks, but my nearest branch is 10 miles away and the opening hours are during my working hours so I’m unable to do this. Is it not possible to contact customer services and go through any security over the phone (this is an existing payee that carried over during the switch)?
