@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide waiting on 2 payments, always in account by 0030. The number of ppl tweeting with same issue indicates there IS a problem. Given this and issues 22/12, perhaps 2022 will be a good year to switch to another banking svcs provider?

@AskNationwide One of my new year resolutions will be to wash my hands with Nationwide and bank elsewhere. Somewhere where you get RELIABLE service and a bank that will openly ACKNOWLEDGE when there’s an ISSUE, so their CUSTOMERS aren’t left in the dark..

@AskNationwide @ChicandSparkle1 Nationwide I have same problems, wages were supposed to clear by 0015/0020 - like others I have bills coming out, a food shopping delivery I won't get and a sick pet who won't be seen by vet if wages haven't gone in!

@AskNationwide Mike are you getting paid extra commission every time you send that tweet? We know it can take until 6am but it's never taken that long for any of us! There's clearly an issue somewhere judging by the volume of tweets you're getting. We'd all appreciate an honest update!
