I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!
