@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide, I asked you. It's a simple question. Everyone is pushing people to use electronic methods of communication, yet when you contact a bank or building society with a question, one gets the chocolate teapot response. I ask you, what use is this 'service'?

@mellowmark @SkyNewsBreak @AskNationwide Contact your MP. Put official complaint and when you get response go to ombudsman if they don’t uphold your complaint. What are you living on if no access to money?

@AskNationwide Hi Phil, thanks for the reply. I'm all for supporting the blind and partially sighted, but did you think to test the card for standard use? The position of the dots makes it pretty much impossible to have any kind of legible/accurate signature on the signature strip.
