@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide The issue isn’t getting through it’s about talking to different people each time and nobody being aware of previous conversations . We are existing customers looking for further borrowing for an extension. Honestly it’s been so time consuming that we’re at the point of giving up!

@AskNationwide Nationwide was the first lender to decide that ground rent over £250 a year is onerous. Other lenders have followed suit. The government may eventually help existing leaseholders but we desperately need to sell & have buyers who want to buy but no one will lend. Help appreciated.

@AskNationwide I received absolutely no help or assurances from nationwide and I asked for the complaint to be taken further. All I received was a letter saying that nationwide were satisfied with the actions they took.

@AskNationwide do you have problems again. As I transferred funds from my other account which is NatWest and the funds have left that account fine but not showing in nationwide account when normally does straight away

@AskNationwide Wow, your bank transfer system is now so secure that it is impossible for me to use it to pay an invoice. If I have a reference code for a payment, how can it have "invalid characters"? It is what it is, not what some ignorant programmer thinks it ought to be.
