    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide Hi again, I've done that and while I can log in, I cannot transfer anything. I've also now downloaded the app but get the same error message. This has been going on for days meaning I cannot use or manage my own money...

    @AskNationwide I have called nationwide and they have said there is not an issue with the system and to keep trying as i cant add a payee over the phone but it keeps saying due to a technical issue i cant add a payee on my phone or using the Internet bank on the computer as it says the same

    @AskNationwide I fill in dispute forms on a daily basis on behalf of the customer. I also have my proof in my emails of what jas happened so its all good. Before you go. What is the the financial body for banking i know its ofcom for tv etc. I want to report the company who have overcharged me

    @AskNationwide Hi. Yes I've had email confirmation, just a bit concerned as last time I needed to confirm the transaction with Nationwide as it was Amazon Canada but a lot more money. I presume if there was an issue with Nationwide I would have heard by now?
