    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @bitoclass @AskNationwide Pretty much everyone on twitter is a stranger. It's why people come here to have discourse. I've not defended a pay gap, I've tred to explain that it's not something companies can easily fix, regardless of intentions, so why criticise them instead of focusing on positives of IWD?

    @AskNationwide stilll not heard anything after being on chat yesterday since I made the complaint on the 28th February appalling behaviour I’m not recommending to anyone to bank with with nationwide customer service is appalling

    @AskNationwide is there a way I can block Google pay from my nationwide, pretty sure someone keeps trying to access mine?! Have already spoken to fraud team, changed cards and taken details off of Google pay.
