@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Any chance you're going to fix this so it stops happening? I'm pretty sure Nationwide has just caused me a number of charges and left me with a hit on my credit record for late payment!

@AskNationwide @TheFCA 3rd (known) time in a matter of weeks that Nationwide has had issues with payments and have not provided a proper explanation or mitigation strategy to prevent it happening again… please investigate!
