  @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

  @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

  @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

  One of your ATMs swallowed a large cash deposit then said transaction failed and machine went out of service. Called customer service but they said there wasn't anything they could do and we'd have to wait until Monday to go into branch. Surely more can be done?! @AskNationwide

  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Nationwide are the most awful bank and investors. Mt Daughter trust fund came back as just over £500. All her friends have over £1000. Not a good entry for your boy into trying to navigate finance

  @deandunham @Chrisitv If that happens, either call someone else first or use a different phone. Key 159: it’s a safe number to reach your bank. When asked, speak the name of your bank to get connected. Most banks handle this well but @AskNationwide does seem to be having issues with it at the moment.

  @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Used to be able to get it with just a current account, now it's either a mortgage or savings. @AskNationwide have let themselves down over this. Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.

  @AskNationwide I recently transferred over to Nationwide . Have had nothing but problems with paying ours since . Have called hekpdesk numerous times to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse usually after waiting 30 minutes in a queue . Wish I had not bothered transferring

  @AngelaJ24625888 @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Well there are specific criteria I cba to try and repeat in here. It’s all on the website. You’ll have missed 1 element of it. With the current account you need certain numbers of transactions etc.

  @StandWCrypto_UK All UK crypto holders should debank their banks & building societies. @AskNationwide are terrible. Apart from their crypto hate, they also have ridiculous restrictions on moving your money to & from your account.
