@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

  • SouthDevonSue Sue Jamieson (@SouthDevonSue) reported from Mevagissey, England

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Hello. I just wanted to say Becky from your Bromley branch was exceptionally friendly and helpful with my request today and put my mind at ease from significant issues I had at another UK bank. What took them 2 days and 12 hours, she did in less than 10 minutes.👍

@AskNationwide It just says 'invalid card number' which is impossible because all the info I've entered is 100% accurate

When a bank - let’s call them @AskNationwide is 18 (weekday) days behind in their bereavement / power of attorney services, you suspect they are prioritising profit over service.

  • GarnetLee Diane Lee (@GarnetLee) reported

@AskNationwide Trying to find customer number as can’t log on, can’t get through on a phone line either, I have an account no.

  • frankiesmith74 Frankie Smith (@frankiesmith74) reported

@AskNationwide I seem to be going round in circles, which is simply adding to an already disappointing / poor service / experience.

  • larakdavis lara (@larakdavis) reported

@AskNationwide Hi, I want to transfer money from my current account with you to another of my accounts with Lloyds. However, I have to use a card reader to do so, but I don’t have a debit card for this current account. How else can I access my money?

  • TeaCollins21 Tanya Collins (@TeaCollins21) reported

@AskNationwide oh dear nationwide! Already a peed off customer that you just peed off even more by giving me an email address for a complaint that just bounced back! The #FOS will be hearing about the poor ways you treat a loyal customer who has pretty much everything with you!
