    @AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

    @AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

    @AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

    @AskNationwide I have tried every option but no one is available until Tuesday apart from lost/stolen and fraud. I tweeted Beckie last night and she told me to use My Messages but this service is closed. My wages have not been paid into my account and I am trying to establish why.

    @sue00015148 @AskNationwide Still waiting for. My money now they're telling me I've got to get the payment called back and resent can't be done until after the bank hol and will take 3 days after that, they've offerd no help whatsoever I'm off to the papers with it

    @AskNationwide Bad language is the result of piss poor service from nationwide, who screw me virtually every time I make a payment, cause and effect. Now tell me, how are you going to unblock my card before the end of the day???

    @AskNationwide since you had this massive meltdown yesterday, I now cannot make any purchases online or deposit funds onto websites for products. Wtf is going on. Sort this out. I got bills to pay.

    @AskNationwide They’re not DDs. They’re SOs. The one to another Nationwide one has worked, none of the others have- but their SOs have worked, so now I’ve got declines as the funds haven’t transferred from you. When is the next working day? Will they pay delayed payments then?
