@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thanks for the reply but it’s to late now anyway because I’ve started the switch this morning. I have 3 other banks on my phone and I don’t have any issues with them.

@AskNationwide Deleted and reinstalled - logged in again and it's still stuck in "we seem to be experiencing a technical problem." going to have to switch banks if I can't access mobile banking

@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide Yes I’m trying to switch into an existing account and I’m receiving a nationwide server side error message. I’ve been fobbed off with the usual please try a different browser. Please can my case be escalated? Thanks
