@AskNationwide Thanks India but how should I have been informed if not by the letter inviting me to register for online banking? Was I the only new customer not informed 🤔 pls explain.

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide my account has been locked for a week and still waiting for someone to sort it out. Worst customer service ever!! Do you realise your issues aren't letting me access my money and account info? Anyone willing to help?

@AskNationwide So now NW say it's rejected, council and their bank say it's cashed so they can't cancel and reissue it. Awful systems and service.

@AskNationwide Hey Nationwide, I've been trying to pay a bill all day and every time I get to the card reader validation, it says that there's a techincal fault and I can't be validated. There's no indication of an issue on your service dashboard, what's going on?

@AskNationwide No and I have spoken to the issuer Manchester City Council who can't cancel and issue a new one because they said you have cashed it with barclays. Called your call centre, call was answered by a branch they can't even speak to the cheque processing team have to use messaging.
