@AskNationwide @EAW1969 There are issues this morning, trying to pay for my grocery top up and getting the same. Via my PC, no mobile connectivity issues, no app, straight old fashioned website.

Hugely disappointed with @AskNationwide .... usually their customer service team are excellent The guy on the phone, just now, simply lied to me and generally didn't have a clue Funny because the guy in the complaints team was brilliant

@AskNationwide Thanks Mel, Samantha from that number is trying to call him now (issues with mobile phone usage cap).

@AskNationwide you have removed the secure message facility from my account and I have been forced to use the chat service Arti which is unable to answer my query and I am now waiting to be connected to one of the team for the last 30 minutes. Please help!

@AskNationwide You know what absolutely infuriates me... Waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, they cut you off (accidentally?) and don't call back. This should be the absolute minimum effort put into customer service. Especially when it relates to a switch. Not a good start.

@AskNationwide We’ve tried that number before and were told because it’s UCB deeds department they can’t help.. we’ve also made 2 complaints neither of which have been responded too??

  • LauraHeeley7 Laura Heeley (@LauraHeeley7) reported

@MartinSLewis Nationwide aren’t paying me my new customer incentive as I ticked partial switch by mistake. However I’ve resolved & have fully switched, yet they’ve still not paid incentive. Any advice please I’ve emailed/ phoned so many times @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide can I get a card reader in branch? Mines broken and need to send a payment today

  • AnneAshworth Anne Ashworth (@AnneAshworth) reported

Stat of the day from @AskNationwide figures show the impact of rising #energy costs (based on April price cap). The most energy efficient homes (rated A-C) pay £1,700 a year. The least efficient (rated F-G) pay about £3,900. Our poorly insulated housing stock is a huge problem!
