    @AskNationwide I am a mortgage intermediary - your website shows mortgage product available but intermediary application system shows this is not available - surely you will honour this rate for my client - surely you would never be anything but fair clear and not misleading

    Awful service from @AskNationwide. Cancelled a mortgage application after poor service from their preferred solicitors, Enact. Asked to refund my £999 fee, agreed but that was 22 days ago, still waiting. Have raised a complaint but not even an acknowledgement. Awful

    @AskNationwide There's something wrong. I've applied to switch my account to you twice tonight and at the very last stage it says sorry the page you're looking for isn't available. Like an eejit, I've filled in your form twice and taken two photographs twice. Help please.
