    Hi @AskNationwide I ordered my card a fortnight ago friday (the 18th) however havent had a RM delivery since then so no card, is there a way to get my card details digitally at all given its going to be a while before RM deliver it,since ive now realised sending another wont help

    @AskNationwide @asknationwide Thanks for the prompt response. Another question for you… my switch obviously completed yesterday - I had a DD due out today and it hasn’t gone, I’m not concerned that I’m going to lose my services linked to that DD - can you help?? Thanks

    @AskNationwide do you know you can not change the description on payments once set up. This causes lots of problems any change of fixing it?
