@AskNationwide Yesterday. I have called your customer office which is looking into this. But you should know I am a journalist looking into the problems NW has had on its systems.

@AskNationwide I’m really disappointed with your dismissive responses. People struggle after Christmas enough as it is without your company holding back incoming payments. I am paid on time always. This is not my employers issue, this is your bank causing all the trouble. It is so stressful!

Hi @AskNationwide - can I ask when your issues are going to be resolved as a sum I transfer from another account has not arrived yet in my Nationwide account (sent yesterday) and is required to pay a direct debit? A direct debit today from the same account has arrived. Odd.

@AskNationwide @scottsmackay We've just got off the phone to your 'customer service' and you've been completely unhelpful and useless. You don't care where our missing money is and didn't even ask once how much it was, just kept saying 'I don't know how we can help' sort it out @AskNationwide , shocking

@MCR0211 @AskNationwide 1/2 I now have my funds. How? Well it turns out my payer did pay them. But nationwide rejected the payment (while you had your outage). So he had to pay again. What would have been more helpful? Well…

@AskNationwide Are you saying it is a total coincidence that you have had a major problem and it is NatWests fault that the money has not been transferred? A standing order that has happened without problem for more than 4 years?
