    @AskNationwide painful phone experience !! I’ve received an email and a text saying post has been returned to you. I spoke to an online chat and checked on the app that my postal address is correct (it is). Not sure what else i can do…! Auto phone thing AWFUL. Then silence.

    @AskNationwide Sorry Jo. I have discovered the issue and there was a digit wrong with my mobile and one of the digits which was showing as a *. I've called up and updated it, how long should that take to update and would I be ok to try to register again?

    @asknationwide "There was a problem making your payment. Your account has been re-credited." This was a transfer to my Barclays account. Furthermore, it is not re-showing in my balance. What is going on?

    Dreadful customer service from @AskNationwide continues today. The #complaint team hasn’t contacted me, which I was told they would & no acknowledgement of complaint to CEO. All this because they refuse to help my mother use her account following my father’s recent death.

    No point #complaining to @AskNationwide Complaints Dept, nor writing to their #CEO, because you will be ignored. They say they will respond in 5 days, but it’s now 7 days. I chase each day, and they ignore me each day. @Moneybox might you be able to help my mother get her money?

    @dropchrisanote @AskNationwide So I think what you're saying is that 2 separate forms of identification are required and the issue is not that a provisional licence is not an acceptable form ID for proof of address?

    @AskNationwide Here to help?My father and I left N/W stunned at your customer service after informing our branch of the passing of my mother. I also overheard a member of staff tell a customer the system was down, to transfer funds without online banking he should drive to the next branch.
