@Eulalia91 @AskNationwide Has any slots available. But Asda just don’t care. I’m not £100 down and no food or anything totally screwed. They sent a email saying it’s been cancelled I said why didn’t you ring I’m sure something could have been done but nope. Just been in tears since 11 cos of it x

@AskNationwide Oh Kiri, another generic response. Fortunately the financial ombudsman are helpful and have clarified that this unacceptable,that no timeframes have been given.Yes technology fails- Customer service is shocking now tho. I won’t be paying any of my account charges on time again.
