    @AskNationwide Yes a complaint has been put in on my behalf by the mortgage team but the complaints process is clearly used to deflect me from being able to talk to anyone who can actually help me. As you can imagine this is very frustrating.

    @ForTheGiggle @AskNationwide Wondering if its the DWP cos of the impromptu Bank Holiday but surely the DWP had plenty of warning or if is cos of the cost of living payment being issued out maybe caused problems either way i know i wont be sleeping until its sorted

    @AskNationwide No he wasnt, but at the moment i dont have an account with you, but he does. That seems to of been the problem. But i cant understand why that makes a difference.

    @AskNationwide Thank you for your reply, not confident yet however. Am avoiding online banking. Some advice for Nationwide - the online chat service, once you actually got a human (45 minute wait!) needs a serious review, very very poor customer service.
