@AskNationwide Sorted now, thanks. Somehow my accounts have all ended up with a new passcode and customer number replacing my old ones so my saved login no longer worked.

@AskNationwide It’s definitely not blocked. That’s not the problem you can clearly see from the screenshot it’s a failure of the server which hosts the mobile banking facility.

@AskNationwide need help! Opened a joint account which allowed me to finish set up on the app on Tuesday, but didn't update past that evening. Today the app says I have no accounts to view... Can you help? I transferred my rent payment to the account and it's due on Tuesday!!
