    @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

    @AskNationwide Please tell me why it takes 2 weeks for a letter to be attached to my mortgage file? following up over the last 4 days I've had a different answer from: email hadn't arrived, no letter on file, file attached, file deleted, resend the letter - shocking service!

    @AskNationwide Hello. Existing customer opening new savings account. Been asked to come to branch to show ID but all branches closed on Saturdays. What am i supposed to do?

    @AskNationwide Don’t believe a word of it !!! They don’t care nor have any respect for the members. Joe Garner & his so called executive office hide from members, they are only interested in how much they can make out of them!!! They even ignore illegal transactions! Appalling service!!!🤬🤬🤬

    Hiya @AskNationwide was wondering if you could be so kind and help me. I went to the atm and forgot to lift my £10 I was speaking to a woman from another bank and she said it could have went back in the atm and still came out of the account. Anyways you could check this??

    @AskNationwide Oh! There’s plenty of information relating to the problems in his office. Unfortunately, his and his “Executive Office Team” are far too ARROGANT to speak with a customer with a genuine complaint regarding ILLEGAL TRANSACTIONS!!! Now call me!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
