Shaun McDonald 🇪🇺 🏴 (@smsm1) reported from Ipswich District, England@dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.
-
Old Skool Gaming (@Chuck7even) reported from Elmstead Market, England@AskNationwide for the love of god, please stop making TV adverts! Awful.
-
Shaun McDonald 🇪🇺 🏴 (@smsm1) reported from Ipswich District, England@mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Chris (@Sparky2504) reported@AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!
-
Christopher Freeman (@cmdfreeman) reported@AskNationwide Now the banking app is down. You need to come clean with people. This is totally unacceptable.
-
Jonathan (@jayIFA) reported@MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.
-
Christopher Freeman (@cmdfreeman) reported@AskNationwide Would love to but your app is down. I’m in the midst of a switch and already regretting it. You’re not a serious bank.
-
Neil cole (@Neilcol19002790) reported@AskNationwide how do I send a person X message as you don’t seem to have a email contact address on your website
-
william (@willyamhobbs) reported@Mollylou1988 @AskNationwide I am also having problems but Nationwide are claiming that everything is fine?
-
Michael Bolton (@MichaelBoltonA) reported@AskNationwide Over 25 minuts on hold and still no answer - high call volumes - when did service become so poor?
-
Lisa Schwartz (@lisas0504) reported@AskNationwide please can you help. I have a flex regular saver that finished 4th July. I have deposited up to June. Can I put one more on 1st July or have I reached the end. Thanks
-
Donnachadh McCarthy (@DonnachadhMc) reportedBugger. Here we go again. Why are even @AskNationwide screwing their existing home insurance customers? Just got told I have a FORTY % increase in my premium for next year!! The @CooperativeBank did the same to me when I was a long time customer.

Mighty Claret (@Mickbfc76) reported@AskNationwide As a customer for over 15 years I'm gutted (again) that I'm not part of the fair sharer. Every time is a sad moment. Don't know what I'm doing wrong to miss such privileges even though I've been on your website to check
