Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Homeless do not need a birth certificate to open a bank account. @AskNationwide only ask for 2 letters as proof one from dwp and one from a support worker @HSBC_UK only require the support worker ID
