  @AskNationwide Despite all your TV advertising re customer service, it appears to be non-existent. Impossible to get past the AI bot to reach your ‘dedicated teams’. They are dedicated to being uncontactable, it seems. I’ll be looking for recommendations about banks which do actually care…

  @AskNationwide Nationwide advised a customer of our company we were a scam concern and not to pay us for an order! We are a small 22 year old family company.
