@AskNationwide You are a awful bank. I am a vulnerable person and no-one can give me a reason as to why you're holding my money. The person I spoke to on the phone was SO rude to me. How the hell is it legal for you to hold my money hostage for no reason and no-one can tell me why!!

Why is it impossible to sort anything out using a power of attorney when dealing with @AskNationwide’s credit card team???
