Thanks @AskNationwide for good customer service. Small (£12.49) unrecognised payment on my elderly Mum’s account, for which I have PoA. After (rightly) detailed security questions, spoke to fraud team and it will be refunded. Card deleted so can’t happen again. 👍

@AskNationwide card works everywhere but it keeps getting "not authorised" on arriva buses , tried contacting support all i got was " log into the app " what can i do to find out why my cards not working ?

@Godfrey_Bloom @AskNationwide I’ve never had a problem buying crypto with nationwide. Both people I know that use lloyds have both had their accounts frozen for buying crypto.

@AskNationwide The way my brothers wife have been treated by nationwide is disgusting. It is embarrassing to me as I have worked in financial services for all over 20 years. I have explained the important of protection. They had a fire in there home the support was very poor

@AskNationwide 1/2 took additional credit card form into Sutton Coldfield. She kept me 15 minutes “checking it.” Now letter saying cannot verify signature of someone with branch over 10 years. I ring 03457 30 20 11 and spend a lifetime with agents who don’t “understand” the issue

@AskNationwide 2/2 then I am put on hold for a year despite telling her I did not want that. I hung up after 10 minutes. So no additional card and holiday is Sunday. Tell you what, keep both cards and I will move my accounts elsewhere. Customer service? No idea.
