    @AskNationwide I’ve entered my details in for my online banking and it’s saying it’s incorrect or they don’t match up?? I’ve tried using the card reader but I just got locked out of my pin instead. Please help. I’m hoping to access it today. Is there someone I can talk to?

    @AskNationwide Hi Amy, no I've been through all this already. It doesn't need updating and neither does my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app too and that didn't help.

    Seems to be every month just lately that people are having issues with wages going in on time, yet told each time there's no issue... until customer services admit it hours later. And here it is happening again tonight... #nationwide @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide I've gone into town today and my card has been working perfectly fine in the shops. I went to every ATM in my local town to withdraw some cash every ATM was saying so we were unable to process your transaction. Is there a reason for this?1/2

    @AskNationwide can you explain why your ‘emergency’ cover has taken 10 days to NOT fix an 87 year old woman’s boiler. This is shameful. Your engineer broke a part delaying fix now refusing to fix until I pay £300.
