@xxRooRooxx @AskNationwide My mum had the same issue ! She ended up having to go into the nearest branch to find out what was going on, they apparently sent her new one last month but that never arrived so they cancelled it and sent her a new one whixh arrived today then she weren’t able to use it today(1)

Wow @AskNationwide boasting about a 3% on a limited access savings account. (That’s an increase!). Many other banks above 4% on instant access accounts.

@AskNationwide hi. My partner @cat3kidsandadog has been waiting for a refund of £100 due to a transaction error. She has repeatedly emailed and messaged you to rectify this. She has been waiting for several weeks, yet nothing has been done!!! Please can you sort it????
