@AskNationwide customer: Doesn't put money in on time to cover a bill....theres a fee Nationwide: Doesn't put money in on time for customer....take your oil! Maybe an email or txt to warn us rather than a message on the app would have been better

@oliviadjourno @AskNationwide Hi Olivia, sadly not fixed yet. "Payment message" notification still in place. It reads: "You are currently unable to make outgoing payments and incoming payments are delayed. Everything else is working normally." Sorry that I've got no further updates than this

@AskNationwide The updated Service Status Notice says: "We can’t accept payments into your account at the moment. Payments sent from your account are in a queue". WTAF? Will anyone receive their pay? Since you've all gone home what's being done right now to sort this out?

@AskNationwide An inconvenience is when you have missed the post for example. What your responsible for is extreme hardship for some ,no food or heating or electric and hard earned money folk can't access and you are and have done nothing practical to help. Not even kept your phone lines open

@AskNationwide I have my account because I tried to support the concept, but your delivery is shocking - allowing credit cards to go overlimit without any warnings and then charging for the privilege - hiding behind the fact you're not a bank to escape your obligations and now this? I'm out.
