    @AskNationwide One of my cards is no longer working. Apple Pay is not authorising it, it won’t do contactless, when I try and use a pin it says too many pin attempts but at a cash point it won’t let me unfreeze or create a new pin either??

    @RissaHalls @AskNationwide It's the biggest pain in the hole tbh. Everytime you make a new payee. All the others just ask for a pin. If your card reader stops working youre effd

    @AskNationwide i did previously have the app to manage mymums account now closed &opened another as executor. app does download.i have deleted it & tried to log in several times ,even gone through the online registration process again but still get same message 😩

    @AskNationwide It has never been an issue in the last couple of years, I’m not sending funds to someone via the app, I’m trying to purchase something using a rapid transfer system which I’ve done daily for 2 years and now my banking app has some discriminatory issue with this

    @AskNationwide Tried that already. There is still no warning on the app that there is an issue with transfers, why, shocking service.

    @AskNationwide Actually no. I’d rather not have my information plastered all over Twitter for anyone to see. It’s sorted now but I have to say the service I received was bad. And now you expect me to resolve it via twitter??
