you need to update app @AskNationwide because I have updated it from the previous version of iOS but it been working fine on iOS 15.1 beta but on iOS 15.2 beta is not working stuck on “Talking to Nationwide”

@AskNationwide Hi Nationwide! I have been trying to access my mobile banking for the last 2 days and have unable to access it as it gets stuck on the "talking to nationwide" part. I have tried unstalling the phone and re-downloading it but nothing has changed.

@AskNationwide Hi cant use the mobile app - keeps complaining that there is a technical error and to restart App. I've checked the service status and it's all Green. Thankfully via PC website works fine

@pgr3master @AskNationwide It’s only an issue for the new iPhone 13 due to a small redesign of the screen. Until an app update comes out you can access the top part of app screen if you flip phone on side (landscape mode), you can then easily select anything at top of screen.

Help @AskNationwide I need to make an urgent payment to a new payee today but I’ve forgotten my debit card PIN for use in the card reader - I never use a debit card for spending. Is there anyway I can do this; it seems a very ancient way of doing things?!
