  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

  @deandunham @Chrisitv If that happens, either call someone else first or use a different phone. Key 159: it’s a safe number to reach your bank. When asked, speak the name of your bank to get connected. Most banks handle this well but @AskNationwide does seem to be having issues with it at the moment.

  @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.
