After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide I’m fuming!! Finally got thru to HMRC to make a payment and you’ve blocked my card cos I tried twice due to the automated service not hearing my postcode wrong!!! Now I’ve got to get on the phone to them again… !! As you’ve blocked the payment!!!!!!

Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
