@AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

@AskNationwide I went into a branch. Got it cleared up in a few minutes! 45 minutes to be connect to a online chat is a bit extreme though ~ and to still not get any help!

Contacted @AskNationwide contractors, because with 2 small children in the house, & lighting "expertly" fitted by them flashing when turned off, we're concerned. No response. That's Nationwide Building Society "here to help" by employing cowboys who leave U potentially at risk.

@AskNationwide I've been into my local branch today and I am not happy with inhospitable service. I was met at the door by a lady who sighed at me when I said I didn't want to use the machines and wanted to be served by a human. The cashier was even less helpful.
