@AskNationwide Is this a normal level of service the Nationwide consider acceptable. If you are asking that she should call again perhaps supply a name and number of someone who can actually help and not just say they will pass the message on and no response.

@AskNationwide If you could that would help as with quite a few BTL mortgages it would really help with managing and tracking them, and being as you are the same company surely it would be feasible to add it to your current app

@AskNationwide the woman at your Garstang branch who had to deal with the **** shouting at her whilst she tried to calmly explain 'that due to covid restrictions...' deserves a to be mentioned in despatches at the very least. The only mistake she made was not offering to help
