#Dalekphobia a.k.a. #anti_Dalek_hatred tsar (@bindon) reported@AskNationwide The "new look" on the customer web portal is atrocious. You must create an option to keep the previous format permanently! I would switch banks, but I've been a customer for 40 years. Hopefully you will get over whatever it is ur design team are going thru & go back to how it was

Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Maybe you could just pass it on for me in true customer focused tradition Nathan?
-
Sheridan Birtwistle (@twwooer) reported@AskNationwide Hi Josephine, I think Nationwide should issue a statement explaining why it is ignoring the experts
-
Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide No, I can't do that as your bank has a stupid policy where you need the bank card to access interentet banking. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.

🌍🌳🐟🙉Ady🤔 (@AdyG28) reported@AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA last October which started at 4%, now it's been reduced to 3.3%. Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?

Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reportedSome absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'

Sarah Bond 💙 🌻🧡 (@SheLovesTweets) reported@AskNationwide Thanks but it’s OK. I think I entered the wrong customer number so it worked today. I have a second number labelled ’reg’. Any idea what that would be?
-
Karl Dyer (@KarlDyer15) reportedWhat the hell has happened @AskNationwide you used to be the best place to bank with good customer service, you’ve now just closed my ISA with no further deposits being allowed 🤯

Rachel small (@rachismall) reported1/2 WARNING to customers, immensely disappointed with @AskNationwide, been a loyal customer with my mortgage, never missed a payment, kept my house in great condition that it sells in 5 days! Having to move as my dad is palliative and I want to care for him, like I did my mum.
