    @AskNationwide Into a betting account. I’ve tried different bookmakers but I’m getting an error message each time. It’s a relatively new card so wondered if that was the issue.

    @AskNationwide Thanks - appreciate that. However it is not that straightforward as it will involve listing existing medical conditions. I have an appointment now and will have to try again tomorrow. May put in a complaint with your CEO as the service is non existent.

    @nicpert83 @AskNationwide Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

    @AskNationwide Thanks, I did order one last monday via the website but it has not arrived. I saw the queue in the branch as I drove by yesterday, still making people wait outside so not bother doing that, might just switch again soon now I have the switch bonus £££

    @AskNationwide I’m just going to feed back that that is terrible accessibility. Loads of people can’t use phones or are put at a disadvantage by being forced to use them.
