@AskNationwide morning , I rang up the fraud team yesterday because someone tried to take 51.50 out of my account called fake radar & they said they’ve put it through to the fraud team and it will be blocked but it’s gone through … please can you help

@AskNationwide absolutely shocking customer service, locked out of my accounts for 3 days, 2.5hours on hold, no reference numbers, no one calls you back, incompetent call handlers and constantly lied too. #shambles #poorcustomerservice
