    @AskNationwide So has been sorted now about payments, but your customer service is **** , and most of these people have been customers for years, and loyal , and you are going to lose them.. So should give them something as good will gesture…Ta

    @AskNationwide To be fair I have been with Nationwide for 22 years and never had a problem, better than others I can mention. Glad it is fixed though!
