@AskNationwide Ive made an online payment to my power company im currently out of electricity the money has gone from my account and is in pending dose this mean i have to wait till you sort this problem out before i get my electricity back on ? My payment is pending on your side

@AskNationwide If we (customers) had a delayed payment inbound caused by external issue when we raised it with you I'm sure you'd ask when is it going to be sorted. So when u r the cause of the delay its only fair u tell us when it'll be resolved or at least an indication if today or tomorrow!
