@rsagroup I'm a RSA customer through @AskNationwide home insurance. I have to say it's been a thoroughly miserable experience trying to claim insurance after damage to the roof due to recent storms.

@AskNationwide after waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone, I finally spoke to a lady who was helping me and then the line got cut. I now have to wait another long period to speak to someone. This is so frustrating when you're trying to deal with financial issues.
