@AskNationwide Rewriting what has already been said on the app isn’t great customer service is it?

  • david84722000 David Moth (@david84722000) reported

@Catheri21133125 @AskNationwide You need to tell us how long it'll be to sort and why this has happened. You have customers counting on you to give them access to their money to not only pay bills but to live as well! Is totally unacceptable this is allowed to happen on a regular basis!

  • OstmenBeards Ostmen Beards (@OstmenBeards) reported

Been a @AskNationwide customer for over 20 years and the last few months there have been multiple issues with delayed payments. Disappointing service guys! Looks like I’ll be moving to a bank that can offer a better service. #Nationwide

  • JoeCMerriman Joe Merriman (@JoeCMerriman) reported

Hey, @AskNationwide issues with payments is becoming a regular occurrence. I have a payment due to come out, and need the payment I transferred from @StarlingBank at 7AM this morning to show before 2:30PM. Do you have an ETA?

  • Syn0nymph 💬 (@Syn0nymph) reported

@123jordanwells @AskNationwide That's interesting, looks like one or more of their systems is having an issue with IBM Unix epoch date on their mainframe 🤔 I wonder if that too is affecting the temporary payments/credits queueing system issues they are having today

  • Imogengill1 Imogen gill (@Imogengill1) reported

@AskNationwide Fuming them I have never been with a bank that has these problems constantly time to switch

  • Carl09362733 Carl (@Carl09362733) reported

@AskNationwide Its not good enough, had this problem over Xmas and new year just gone...instead of lining your pockets, maybe get your systems sorted so this doesn't happen

  • 20Pabs Pabs 20 (@20Pabs) reported

@AskNationwide Nice to see you had no 'issues' taking my monthly charges today... just an issue with my wage. Brilliant.

  • rebel11_11 Kes 🇪🇺⭐️🌎🌱🕊🐝 (@rebel11_11) reported

@AskNationwide Temporary patches clearly aren’t working. Your IT team need to actually fix the problem. This is happening month after month atm. Also - actually tell your customers when you discover the issue NOT repeat the same c&p message to all AFTER they bring it to your attention!

  • _darlington12 neddy (@_darlington12) reported

@alpagot @AskNationwide Does anyone know how long these issues tool last time to resolve?? Will give some idea. I need to inform people when they can expect payments and funnily enough 'ASAP' doesn't seem to satisfy much....
