    @AskNationwide Although I was a customer of yours, I no longer am. I keep getting mail sent to my old address, where my ex wife still lives. How can I get this stopped please. Or at worse get the address changed.

    @AskNationwide I just completed a decision in principle but your site won’t show me the outcome. Pls advise on how to access the result. I have tried calling and the lines are closed. I have tried the chatbot and have received no reply. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide I was caught out by a telephone scam. Very convincing and worrying. The person I spoke to Friday after 5pm was supportive but no one else I've spoken to who could help has seemed that interested or empathetic. It's concerning Nationwide's Fraud Team won't even look into it.

    @AskNationwide Hi there. Could I please suggest an improvement to the app/online experience? You do not allow the references to be edited when sending payments to people. In order to change this you need to add someone from scratch? This is really poor and an easy fix I hope.

    @AskNationwide I am currently aboard & have been using my card successfully for the past several days. However, I have tried to make two payment transactions online now but when I go to pay it comes up “we’ve got a problem with our services and we can’t identify you” HELP PLEASE

    @mgshuheb @AskNationwide having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Piratesppy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

    @AskNationwide trying to make a purchase online and my pay in 3 option is being declined, I have plenty of funds in my account and have never been declined before..I have never defaulted on my finance payments so wondering if you’ve put a block on my account without telling me?
