    @AskNationwide I tried to speak to someone at Nationwide on the phone but was greeted with an automated service and referred to the banking app, where a dumb chatbot told me it would take up to 120 days to investigate a “dispute” and gave me a phone number to speak to an agent.

    @AskNationwide @SteveB2706 Terrible website now on a laptop. Only thing that saves it is the old version. Fully prepared to take you to the ombudsman for making banking inaccessible to dyslexics.

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…
