    @AskNationwide Yep, 3 different devices and 2 different browsers on each one. "We are experiencing some technical difficulties" is what it says each and every time. Was on chat yesterday, but offered no help. Why has the messaging feature been removed, I used to use that to close accounts...

    @AskNationwide How are additional credit card holders supposed to use the additional verification service? The verification request comes to me and is invariably late or then declined.

    @MartinSLewis We rang @AskNationwide home insurance emergency line yesterday at 11am and still no help received. We have no electricity so no heating, cooker or hot water. We have a 1 year old we are trying to keep warm. Worried about a second night.

    @AskNationwide Visiting the branch in leeds is inconvenient and time consuming. This process is not good and old fashioned... Even when he gets s cheque it will it will takes days to clear. He needs the money this week and nothing in the communcations we have received suggested a problem.

    @vuecinemas i also tried to speak to 2 customer service agents who refused to help me with this issue by disconnecting the call not offering me a solution to the issue @AskNationwide willing to help me with a possible dispute for lack of service or product ?????

    @AskNationwide Appalling service. Employee instructed me and wrote down name and number of scammer who stole £170 from my acc. Asked your employee if she could call and query on my behalf to minimise risk of further details being stolen. But your employee didn’t have time.

    @AskNationwide Sherrie ive complained about this manytine and all it causes is more stress and hassle yet nothing ever changes. Just the same old rubbish service. Not going through it all gain. As a bank im done with you guys.
