  @AskNationwide Literally the 4th time "Sam" has replied with this message in the last few days. I pointed out on Friday and again just an hour ago on FB - the whole point is to contact through digital media. Either it's a bot or @AskNationwide are literally *************** out of a customer.

  @AskNationwide @Wright95Ann Well THERE'S YER PROBLEM! JFC Nationwide. Get your head out of your *** and find the problem. Women are often as good or better with tech and software development than men. The problem is NOT your applicants. Its your recruiters, your culture...but its a YOU problem for sure.

  @AskNationwide I have a Visa pay at pump pending payment still showing 3 days after I got petrol on 25th. The £20.04 has been debited on 26th and the £79.96 is still showing as a pending payment. That seems a bit long to me. Can you fix it please

  @AskNationwide Hi Dominika, The app was fine last night, all updates were installed automatically, this morning the tech prob notification pops up when i open the app, everything is as it should be except I cant access the app today, what should I do now?

  @AskNationwide good morning, you app is having a technical problem, is there any update on when this will be resolved. Its not my phone as that is working fine as I have done all the necessary resolves and the app is still having tech probs and wont open. Kind regards.

  @AskNationwide Thanks Marcus, but we have already been doing that. The problem is that we keep being promised the paperwork by a certain day which then passes. This has happened several times in the past month
