Nice survey by @AskNationwide about how 1st time buyers can’t get into the property ladder due to housing cost. Shocking that my 1st time buyers can’t get onto the ladder as @AskNationwide have stalled on mislaid paperwork supplied 2x - appalling customer service 😢

@AskNationwide I know because they cut me off at 5PM, mid phone call. I selected a different route on the number above and eventually got through. They don’t have access to CHAPS payment apparently, so it was a waste of time. Looks like I’ll be chasing again tomorrow, great!!

@AskNationwide is there an issue on the android app? It's not loading. I've tried force stop, clear chafe, uninstall then reinstall and nothing is working
