@AskNationwide hi I’m trying to let the company “oohmola” access my bank statements - I’ve done this before and it worked fine but since late last night it won’t let me connect to my bank - it just keeps saying there’s a problem? The company says it’s my bank?

  • FameKaraoke Fame Karaoke (@FameKaraoke) reported

@AskNationwide I’m logged into internet banking on a iphone using the safari browser, how do I access my messages?

  • emigrantdude Tom (@emigrantdude) reported

@AskNationwide Beautiful service. i called 3 times and 3 times your colleagues hanged up on me 15 seconds in the call without saying a word. If you don t like me as a client just say it - I will bring my business and all my friends’ elsewhere.

  • rstar666 rstar666 (@rstar666) reported

@AskNationwide @BBCNews @georgebowden thanks for your response but ASAP has been over 5 weeks now and your IT Team appear no closer to a resolution from the updates being given to us. Is there an ETA for the fix or is it still not known?

  • emigrantdude Tom (@emigrantdude) reported

@AskNationwide Just updated, no difference. Message is still “failed to retrieve access from account provider”

  • _Joel_Holmes_ Joel Holmes (@_Joel_Holmes_) reported

@AskNationwide This is literally just the same advice as before and it hasn't changed anything. Can you please read what I've said and help, thanks.

  • Youngsy1986 Matty Youngs (@Youngsy1986) reported

@AskNationwide No just a text about a week ago. Shocking service

  • philbryer Phil Bryer (@philbryer) reported

@AskNationwide No. I am referring to a vendor taking my money and not providing a service. Something which Nationwide seem to be quite happy to condone.

  • mixaldo83 Mixaldo (@mixaldo83) reported

@AskNationwide I was instructed to deposit it through the self service machine in the banking hall

  • asylumseekerx Asylum Seeker (@asylumseekerx) reported

Humiliating... • ARC card • National ID cards • Letters from the solicitor were submitted to open the most basic bank accounts. @AskNationwide rejected our applications on the grounds us being "no work" "no access to public funds" people. Asylumseekers are not illegal!
