Awful customer service from @AskNationwide - trying to get a mortgage valuation since March. Rang to chase again & told they can’t help me, can’t escalate & have to wait until 8th June! Iv been a customer for 20 years!!!

@AskNationwide good morning, you app is having a technical problem, is there any update on when this will be resolved. Its not my phone as that is working fine as I have done all the necessary resolves and the app is still having tech probs and wont open. Kind regards.

@AskNationwide I have a Visa pay at pump pending payment still showing 3 days after I got petrol on 25th. The £20.04 has been debited on 26th and the £79.96 is still showing as a pending payment. That seems a bit long to me. Can you fix it please

@AskNationwide My daughter lives in a hovel that costs her £1000 a month. Rent that she has managed to pay for TEN YEARS! Where is the ‘help’ for her!

@AskNationwide and they all tell you something different. Most don't even read a few messages back to see what the conversation is about. Obvs not down to individual staff; it's a failure of training and management. Utterly shambolic. 2/2

@AskNationwide Nobody. Nice, disabled, old lady Ive known for all my life, trying to access their own money held with you. I cant do it via my personal account without essentially being a banking facility /regulatory I cannot offer to them. Pyble to cash to give to her.

@AskNationwide I have done all this. Our only option is to go to Financial Ombudsman which will take time. Astounding that a huge company isn’t willing to listen or help. Would never recommend to anyone, it has been a nightmare
