    @AskNationwide All by design yeah? Cruel doing this to people at Xmas. An you’ll be well aware of the issue yet zero transparency with your customers who ENTRUST u to take care of their cash. So not acceptable nor are ur generic replies. Get it sorted ASAP befor ruining Xmas :-(

    @AskNationwide when will the payment issue be sorted? I have my Xmas food delivery tomorrow and we're isolating with Covid, if the payment doesn't go through my family are screwed.

    @AskNationwide Ashley the number you gave me for specialist support was answered immediately but they said they couldn’t help you have to be referred to them previously. They then put me through to someone else I’m currently on hold been 15 mins so far 😢

    @AskNationwide You guys have just repeating yourself since 7am in the morning. No proper reassurance of when we will be getting our money at all. People got stuff they need to pay for and do. Get someone on here that can TELL US WHEN WE GETTING OUR MONEY. Terrible bank.

    @AskNationwide @MelBradley79 Hi Ashley, this information is not correct. I work within SST. We aren’t able to provide emotional or financial support. We would require a referral to be submitted first, and a case manager to contact our members within 3-5WD’s.
