One of our guests has to use Safari and SMS authentication fails because every time you send an SMS to her phone it forces a page refresh in Safari.

Me (@anarchy4angels) reported@AskNationwide ...and really needs to be resolved centrally by Nationwide taking ownership and contacting companies to resolve the issue. It is appalling to leave customers unable to make payments, so they lose services or incur additional costs.

Of course hard work and ambition are usually essential, but luck is a necessity. The deserving unlucky deserve help- but not if you deny luck.

Many years ago, the Nationwide used to be an excellent Building Society. It did what it was good at, being a Building Society. Now it's just another virtue signaller which excels at another type of BS.

So far I've lost my Amazon Prime, Netflix, supermarket delivery pass and expecting more. Will be transferring my account if not resolved this week.
