@AskNationwide my wife has a saving account and an ISA we are trying to open up the app but it keeps telling us to phone to enter our phone number but the system is only working with current accounts which we don't have

They are willing to refund which is good enough for me @AskNationwide ough to take a leaf out of their book regarding customer service, had problems but been resolved resonabley enough #nationwidetheives

@AskNationwide It was not mentioned anywhere. It is easy to refund £15 for such a big company like yours. Or would you rather lose a customer? If I won’t get a refund by Friday this week, I’ll make a switch. This situation is not okay, it’s just a rip off.

@AskNationwide help! British airways have taken £660 from my bank, I can't get hold of anyone from there, and Nationwide don't have there call centres open, am I going to just have to wait till tomorrow to try and get my money back?
