    @AskNationwide I’m currently unable to get into my account as it says “if you’ve forgotten your password” and I’ve followed the steps using the card reader to try and log in. It’s not allowing me to as it say there’s a issue and to restart the app

    @AskNationwide My debit card was cancelled (not by me) and ordered a new one this Monday My card still hasn’t arrived and now my apple pay isn’t working!! Where’s my debit card ?

    Hey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)

    @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.
