    Went to londin other week and was using contactless on @TfL with Apple Pay @AskNationwide it stopped working and could only use my card and cant use Apple Pay on first York only the card

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

    @AskNationwide @SteveB2706 Terrible website now on a laptop. Only thing that saves it is the old version. Fully prepared to take you to the ombudsman for making banking inaccessible to dyslexics.

    @AskNationwide hi, any known phone line issues? I’ve phoned twice and got cut off after being on hold for 6 minutes both times. Selected call back option and I’ve been hung up on again when the advisor phoned me back!
