Rebel444 (@Rebel444120668) reported@DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide Bad, Ask you why you are withdrawing your own money, for years, and not just Nationwide. Then they don`t want you to have a lot of cash at home. All of them are a problem.

steve odonnell (@steveod21) reported@AskNationwide Is the banking app down? Haven’t been able to get on for 3 hours. Just times out.
-
Susan Jarvis (@AttonSusan) reported@AskNationwide Is this a continuation of the technical issues being experienced all over the long Easter weekend? I have several accounts with Nationwide and have never been cancelled due to "the results of [your] final checks"! (Whatever they are...)
-
Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide I’m going to raise a complaint. How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! I’ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!
-
David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.

#Dalekphobia a.k.a. #anti_Dalek_hatred tsar (@bindon) reported@AskNationwide The "new look" on the customer web portal is atrocious. You must create an option to keep the previous format permanently! I would switch banks, but I've been a customer for 40 years. Hopefully you will get over whatever it is ur design team are going thru & go back to how it was
-
Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide No, I can't do that as your bank has a stupid policy where you need the bank card to access interentet banking. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.
-
TK (@tonykinsley) reported@AskNationwide Your bot keeps telling me its too busy and I can't see how to email a question! How do I email a question about an ISA that I have a problem with?
-
Kleo Sings UK (@KleoSingsUK) reported@AskNationwide I have also sent an email to you CEO as I’m unable to find a customer support email
-
Simon (@Simon11037949) reported@AskNationwide I get an email from Nationwide ever day that I have not asked for with useless information and it’s impossible to have it stopped?
