@AskNationwide Hiya, if I pay a cheque (HMRC payable order) into my current account tomorrow, can I still draw against those funds while I wait for it to clear? I can't imagine HMRC having any issues anytime soon with paying up!

@AskNationwide You did not leave them with those who want them, you unilaterally decided and a ted. Common courtesy would be the standard process of sending a warning that you intend to pull the plug, unless the customer reacts and says to keep it. Not shoot first and then make me repair it.

Been waiting over 4 months for a mortgage from @AskNationwide. Made a complaint about the excessive wait times (14 working days between each correspondence). Complaint response delayed twice and on the response date they failed to contact me. Any advice @MoneySavingExp?

@AskNationwide Sorry Nationwide, again you got it wrong, telling your customer to fill in a complaint form! You simply are not focused on providing a good customer experience, we have banked with you for circa 40 years, but you have failed to respond to the changing and remain competitive

@AskNationwide Thanks but you're missing the point, I wanted some help, not to be handed a tablet.

@AskNationwide And another day ticks by without an email update from @AskNationwide Clearly the issue raised was important enough to call when we asked not to but not important enough to send an email.

@AskNationwide utterly disappointed at the awful service again in Dundee today! You can only put 5 bags of change a day into an account! Attitude of staff shocking to say the least - already looking to move all my money away from you.

@AskNationwide Well, the completion is tomorrow. I will certainly file a complaint, but the problem is that this blunder endangered completion. That is the real problem. I will be angry, but only once completion is done.
