    @AskNationwide so im overseas and I've list my credit card. My app is is on another phone. Tried to call to cancel the card - appears your not working. So what shoukd i do?

    @AskNationwide No problem I'm sorted speaking to your agent now โ€“ but you should have a look at that in your app UX, as it's completely bonkers to ask a user to insert the lost card to replace their lost card

    @Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
