@AskNationwide I contacted the branch and have been able to email the manager which hopefully will resolve the issue. But please, don’t be dinosaurs, move into the 21st century and give individual depts their own email addresses so we can communicate electronically and not by snail mail

@djonesbutchers @AskNationwide Gotta say, I've only ever had good experiences with them. I started the account when I was broke as **** and they were the only ones that were actually helpful in sorting out ID requirements (I didn't have a passport or driving licence at the time).

@AskNationwide Poor reply from Nationwide. No help from Nationwide because it was a contactless payment with no receipt offered. No help from NCP. I’m stuck in the middle. Memo to self. No contactless payments and consideration to close all my Nationwide accounts. Disappointing customer care.

@AskNationwide Hi I am an existing mortgage customer and would like to someone about our mortgage. What is the best number to call? Thanks

  • CaroleW444 Carole Wallace (@CaroleW444) reported

@AskNationwide When your Company has made a mistake ...... be man enough to admit it. Don’t expect the customer to take time out of their busy life to traipse to the branch to supply evidence to sort out your mistake. Give your depts their own email addresses!!! 🦖🦕
