@AskNationwide You don’t even know my full name & I don’t have even have an account as it isn’t my house? Absolutely appalling service from Nationwide Emergency Line. Online Portal doesn’t work, on hold for over 4 hours & still haven’t spoken to anyone. Been without water for nearly 48 hours

@AskNationwide hi, you sent me a new bank card as my previous expires this month. The new one doesn’t work at all and the card which expires 09/25 only works sometimes and so all my automatic payments are being declined and I can’t pay for some things. Can you help?

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide Still same issue since February. Cannot extract daughter's matured trust fund cash. It may be easier for her to create with my help (SEND) a Nationwide current account. How do we do this?
