@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

@AskNationwide Use it... ... but seriously, I was attempting to make a transfer of funds - actually from within @monzo and #open #Banking - which then takes me to the #Nationwide App to confirm - at which point the Nationwide App states (annoyingly) that it needs to take me to your web site...

@AskNationwide Shambles of bank with 0 customer services help. Half asleep staff and when complaining because a disabled person going thru cancer treatment had his bank cards used , the answer of your bank is to closed his account to push him into homeless and pain
