@AskNationwide I need to set up a standing order. Can I do this in branch? I don't have access to a computer and only have the app

@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide good afternoon. My husband and I have card readers to access our accounts at home. They are playing up and giving us a low battery warning. Could you advise us what to do about this as they are very hit and miss as to whether they work

MAJOR disappointment with @AskNationwide insurance today. Paid for emergency home cover, offering 24hr, 365 day support for “repairs”. Apparently turning off the water supply to stop a leak is a ‘repair’. Feels like fraudulent marketing text on their sales website.

@AskNationwide Is that legal? Does not it breach the rules of the payment schemes? What seems to be the underlying problem. Thanks. (btw, I don't feel any safer)

@katebevan @AskNationwide I was considering an experiment, where I ring HSBC, am placed on hold, then get into my car, drive to nearest branch - next borough along - park, pay, walk to branch, queue and see whether the problem is sorted before I finally get speak to someone on the phone.

@AskNationwide You are working for a corrupt and scared organisation. Scared that their very existence is being threatened. Corrupt through control over customers assets!

@AskNationwide your website says your mortgage enquiry phone line is open from 8:30-4 on a Saturday, but when you ring it says the lines are currently closed. Is there anyone we can talk to today please?

@AskNationwide UK launders apprx £100,000,000,000 every year. The figure you cite is 0.015% of the total (less than margin of error). What in the world is "scams involving bitcoin"? Like when someone steals your bitcoin?
