@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide Apologies I missed this. I appreciate you have tried to help. I'm interested in how you expect me to get hold of uk insurance when I have so far this week spent 1 hour 50 minutes waiting for them to answer their phones. They don't even say how long the wait is

@AskNationwide so my daughter's student account has been frozen trying to do someone a good turn! She has no access to her money. I think once this has been resolved she will look elsewhere for a bank account.

@AskNationwide hi if I open another account with another bank and you use the switch service once it’s all been moved to the new bank will my account with nationwide automatically close or can it still be active

@British_Airways Problem has been resolved, @AskNationwide managed to help, you guys did absolutely nothing, except a reply days after the problem, and pointlessly calling BA for hours to get no answer. Really hope the customer service is better on the flight!
