@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

Can you @AskNationwide CEO Debbie Crosby why your customer care is so absolutely awful? No response, poor service, letters from bots - no point having account benefits if they’re poor quality with zero support from Nationwide when it goes wrong. NBS7658000 refers Many thanks.

@AskNationwide Thank you. I think this must be a common issue for backpackers. The system is very clunky. The assumption for a long standing client should be that they are trusted when the sum is relatively small and represents a very low % of the total transactions.

@AskNationwide Members when you have issues include @Debbiecrosbie1 she is the new CEO of Nationwide Building society... Apparently a silver bullet for the society .... The fact she has apparently turned around TSB (debatable) ..they are giving her a salary of over 1.2m to help

@AskNationwide I just followed your link to live chat and they said they can't help and we should call the general number! It's not good enough to send people round and round in circles. Literally no customer care. This is no way to run a national brand.

@AskNationwide I set up a new Flex account on 19 July 22 via the current account switch service. I have not yet received my bank card or my card reader. I cannot make any online payments without my card reader. I will DM you my details. Thanks

@AskNationwide Funnily enough, via DM you have advised that I try your webchat service which now tells me that it can’t help and I should call the mortgage team. Don’t you think we’ve tried that?! They’re the ones we’re complaining about! Absolutely appalling customer service with no care

@AskNationwide 40 years with Lloyds Bank no issues. Less than 6 months with Nationwide and my account is blocked for no reason. Now wasting time at Nationwide to unblock.
