@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide @rocky250397 I can’t send money or make a payment. My partner is also having the same problem via her Nationwide Account - which is irritating as we are trying to do the shop and only have a slot reserved for the next hour. Fix the issue please.

@AskNationwide Have been trying to book a telephone appointment for my 11 year old to open a bank account with you. Had to hold for a long time only to be told I need to go into a branch first. Your website states that it cannot be set up this way.

@AskNationwide I am completely unable to transfer money to anyone, it says your service is working normally on the service availability page. Lines are closed and I need it to pay rent by 10 tomorrow, what is going on?
