@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide Thank you for the response. I won’t be calling at my expense. Someone can follow and DM me and then call me. I tried to contact customer services email and received a robotic reply asking me to go in to a branch and resolve - NO WAY - this is already taking up my head space.

@AskNationwide I don’t have an account with you. Herein lies the problem. The mystery named person who is using my flat postal address - fraudulently - has the account. I will attempt the live chat link tomorrow when I nave more time but I have no account details just endless mail from you.

@AskNationwide But it this the case then whilst the customer is applying the switch ( in the live situation ) it should ask if you want to do a full switch and what must be done , but it doesn’t ..so you end up with a run around like this , off putting really ! Rgds Andrew

@AskNationwide My card has been used fraudulently using contactless down south and I can not get hold of either my branch or fraud to seek help. Someone please help before my account empties right before Xmas 😩😩

@AskNationwide I just don’t understand while you have one person behind the counter another, unmasked, is running up and down the queue instead of opening another counter! And to stop the queue snaking out outside in the cold we were huddled inside which is really not the action needed in a pan
