If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

Clare Rulton (@clare_s_enderby) reported@AskNationwide my husband has had his wages delayed since last Friday... recieved notifications that there is a delay but still nothing. His wages support me and our 7 month old son.. another payment is due by Friday. Do we know when this will be resolved??

Lynne Mulligan (@MulliganLynne) reported@AskNationwide He is doing it through the app and setting us up as new payees to do this using the card reader. We can complete the whole transaction but the app comes up with an error at the end and no payment is sent nor the payee saved

I dont have the funds to cover the gap whilst bills come out before wages go in. I dont see why I should have to either. Thankfully we had enough plus overdraft to pay mortgage.

Lynne Mulligan (@MulliganLynne) reported@AskNationwide I am aware of this as a nationwide customer for years. He has done it entirely correctly through the creation of a new payee. The instructions have been followed on several occasions, the amount entered as 1599 and we are met with a technical error on the app at the final stage

Who is going to help us?? We have no money and two kids!! The problem is down to Nationwide system being down yesterday.
