@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide money being bounced back into my account as a correction of transfer this morning when I try to pay to a joint account with Santander, it’s not their problem as I can transfer money into the same account from Santander itself. Look into it pls.

@AskNationwide There was on our previous product, when we switched in February it was explained clearly that once the switch was made we wouldn’t be able to access the money. Been through complaints procedure, went against us. We just want a solution

@AskNationwide I don’t want a web chat. I want to speak to someone. I’ve just had to come off my second call to Nationwide after queuing for over half an hour. A total waste of my time and an unacceptable service!!! Three calls, 2.5 hours! Please pass my comments on to your relevant colleague.
