@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide Why hasn't the rate on my Flex Instant Saver gone up? Base Rates have risen 1% since November but the interest rate hasn't changed. Other have put up their rates. Quick to hurt Mortgage holders, slow to help Savers.

Trying to get @AskNationwide to send my credit card to the right address since October last year. There's a problem in their system where they're not updating my address across different parts of their backend. So i see the correct address, but they post things to the wrong one.

Cont ..card reader thing. Their “customer services” even said, quote “can you not get your mum or someone to pay cash and give them the cash back”. I’m 57, my mum is 85. I’m sure she’d be chuffed @AskNationwide . And how in hells name is cash more secure than an online payment?

@AskNationwide hi, my partner is trying to apply a product via the app - application was going fine until he had to sign, now page won't stop moving on the tablet he has the app on so signing is impossible!
