@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide Already put a complaint in. But doesn’t seem like Nationwide actually care about their customers especially given the circumstances of the pandemic. I’m very dissapointed with Nationwide’s customer service. I will be telling everyone to never use Nationwide

@BlondeHistorian @crit_gen @AskNationwide So upsetting to hear this. I’ve been told off for something similar and it’s embarrassing. Why can’t people just say “Oh, what can I help you with?” before getting tetchy. The guide dog might have been a clue! 😡

@AskNationwide I just want to ask about travel insurance, but the website isn’t clear, so wanted to talk. Was holding for a grand total of 80 minutes and the person who initially answered after 70 minutes said that the relevant team was closed, even though your site says they close at 7pm….
