@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide A family member died and before she died she gave me access to her bank account because my wages were paid into her account. Would I be able to transfer my money to my account that I have now set up as I didn't have the chance to change it before she died.

@AskNationwide The only issue is when you go to sign the back of the card the pen gets stuck in the notches to maybe make the back of the card flat and the front with the notches
