If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

How many have been processed? How long is the average wait? Anyone of of those would be great. Not happy, expect compensating for this

We get our pension paid in to our account and was expecting a payment before christmas so I hope things will not mess up and we will be back to normal. If your here to help it would be good if you covered delayed pensions.
