@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide There's a problem with the app, lots of your customers are tweeting it. Report it to your tech and get it sorted please. I need to pay someone and can't. Escalate this asap please, feels like you're waiting for tech to inform you rather than listening to your customers.

@AskNationwide Mobile banking app still not working, system keeps timing out when trying to transfer money between accounts or to other people. Please do not respond with 'we've not been made aware', you have repeatedly been made aware. This needs to be sorted out.
