    @AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

    @AskNationwide Had a card used fraudulently with an Amazon purchases. Nationwide could not have been better and sorted it all within 24 hours. Many thanks, great service👍

    @AskNationwide Hey, I can't make any payments on the app or online without the card reader (which is broken), nor can I do it via telephone service and I'm being told that there is a 15 minute wait to speak to someone. This is really frustrating.

    @AskNationwide Hello, I’ve just switched from HSBC to Nationwide but have received no emails. I couldn’t upload my documents as I do not have a British passport (have been living in England for 7 years though). Can I please speak to someone who could help me? Thanks
