@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide I requested a passcode online because I don't have a phone number attached to my account and was this was the way to do it. The passcode arrived in the post so that's fine. When I try and log in it only lets me log into the app or to receive a passcode through text

@AcceptableToad @AskNationwide have their HQ there. They're importing a lot of workers from india and also outsourcing some of their customer service work to india. Treasonous company. They've had British staff all these years, inc during lockdown, but suddenly they need indians.
