@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide Hi - are there delays with ISA applications? My confirmation said up to 15 working days but you will contact me by email and text during the process. I applied on 18/4 (16 working days) but have heard nothing. I have an application reference screenshot. Thanks.

@AskNationwide Thank you for the quick response Kamara! Error message reads: "Sorry, we're unable to show you all your account info at the moment. This also means you're (you'll?) be unable to make payments from some accounts. We're working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible"

@AskNationwide I lost my passcode 4 years ago, I've been on the app to change it, I change it using the card reader, then it asks me to verify it the 2nd 4th number etc, it says doesn't match when I know it's right, what I just set up had this issue for years

@AskNationwide can you intervene to sort the issues with Lifestyle Services Group phone insurance website ? It's been a year and I'm still unable to register on their Nationwide-branded site. They clearly have IT issues that aren't being dealt with. Not good for your brand!

@AskNationwide (2/2) is this because you simply don't know much about the company, and it's for a reasonably big sum (~3k?) as now I'm worried even with contracts that there's a danger. I don't see anything online about issue with them, what DO you 'know' when this alert appears?

@AskNationwide Thank you. It does sound like there is a known IT issue in LSG and it's definitely affecting lots of Nationwide customers (i.e. not just me). The fact that something this fundamental persists after 9 months clearly means it's not getting the focus it needs.

@AskNationwide hi this morning I used an ATM to withdraw £10. A message came up on screen saying Your transaction has been declined please contact your bank. I have just managed to check my account now and the £10 has been deducted from my account. Help please.

@AskNationwide Yes I have. Last year when I made a claim (around August) and then again yesterday. I was informed that it had been escalated and their "IT people were looking at it". It means customers can't self-service and places onus on LSG teams to answer the phones for all claims
