    @AskNationwide 2 hours would be a reasonable time to expect our money returned to us but nope several hour later and still in same boat . All people want is a proper answer the genetic **** you keep coming out with is just pissing people off futher

    @AskNationwide can’t believe you thought moving to Azure cloud before Xmas was a good idea and now your loyal members can’t get hold of THEIR money. I’m disgusted. I can’t go Xmas shopping for my kids today as planned. After 35 years as a Nationwide customer I’m switching account

    @AskNationwide what is happening with payments?? It’s just not good enough to message your customers and change your phone service to advise “payments to and from accounts are delayed”!! Without giving a time scale. How long is it an hour, a day a week? Issue proper information

    @AskNationwide so at time of writing my wages can’t be put into my account but DD’s & SO’s can still come out? In order to pay these I need funnily enough my wages? If this issue is not resolved will @AskNationwide be covering fees for late payments etc?
