    @AskNationwide Here to help?My father and I left N/W stunned at your customer service after informing our branch of the passing of my mother. I also overheard a member of staff tell a customer the system was down, to transfer funds without online banking he should drive to the next branch.

    No point #complaining to @AskNationwide Complaints Dept, nor writing to their #CEO, because you will be ignored. They say they will respond in 5 days, but it’s now 7 days. I chase each day, and they ignore me each day. @Moneybox might you be able to help my mother get her money?

    @AskNationwide Please work on a system that makes resolving these issues less of a hassle, especially when it's through no fault of my own. I had assumed that was the point of having the online banking verification messages. (2/2)

    Hi @AskNationwide due to an error I had to transfer all but £1 from my bond to my current account so I can open another bond. This is the second day of this error.

    @AskNationwide The banking app stopped working from Amazon tablet as of 3 September. Tested on more than one Amazon OS device, all fail. Ok other Android. Comments?

    @AskNationwide hello Nationwide team. Is there any way of obtaining help with regards to escalating a mortgage application submitted 1st June and still waiting outcome please. Have tried everything and was told just to wait. My purchase is falling through. Thank you 🙏🏼

    @AskNationwide Hi Paragon have a triple access ISA that is identical to yours, however they will increase the rate automatically if it changes. Why cant you manage this?
