@Staceym27786568 @SuperWidzy2 @AskNationwide What upsets me is this has been an issue since this morning. My sister sent money at 2pm. I would have stopped her if I knew and told her to pay pal instead! Yet they let us know what's happening at 6??! Its just BS!!

@davieboy9050 @AskNationwide I’ve also heard that they’ve moved to Azure. If that’s the case, it’s outrageous, given Azure’s awful reputation. But surely no competent I.T. department would fail to continue running the old system side by side for a while after the changeover, to give time to iron out the bugs

@AskNationwide Also this is one of the few occasions in my life that this is the case. I've often been down to my last tenner especially at this time of year. My heart goes out to those who's already difficult season has now been totally ruined by it.

@AskNationwide An inconvenience is when you have missed the post for example. What your responsible for is extreme hardship for some ,no food or heating or electric and hard earned money folk can't access and you are and have done nothing practical to help. Not even kept your phone lines open
