@AskNationwide Hands down you have to be the worst bank ever.!!. We have been waiting for Nationwide Credit card to resolve an unauthorised credit card trsnsaction of £42.00 since November.

I’ve watched @AskNationwide advertise several jobs on LinkedIn over the past couple of days without posting the salary information. As a customer I’m surprised & unhappy at your lack of transparency on pay for roles you’re hiring. Why should any candidate waste their time on you?

@RedLeics @AskNationwide Called them when stranded in Germany for 11+ hour. Getting home was my own problem apparently! They offered £30 to cover the 11 hour delay. Still not seen that. 3+ weeks on haven’t seen the £ for claim of additional hotel and train that I needed.

@AskNationwide Stocks and shares ISA. I just tried from my phone using the app. Same result, log into the app, no way to apply. Loops out to an information website, no way to apply unless I'm a member and so have to login again...

@AskNationwide Hi Nationwide, Thank you for providing the number, but my issue remains the same, the team that works on the case is not reachable. The customer service just sympathetic with me and asking me to do the steps which i have already done. I need access to my money asap.
