  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.

  @AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.
