ME? I'm not well.... (@itsfar2bright) reported@AskNationwide Wow… you’ve replied to an email I haven’t sent! As a customer service help desk - are you aware this is an issue which has been created by an update to the systems? And is NOT a customer issue?

Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported@AskNationwide No correspondence from you and you send me a letter asking me to call you. NO!!!. I have left you because of how you treated me. You’ve now added charges onto my account and again, that’s down to you and the way you treated me. Remove charges and add 50% discount for the distress caused and the hassle for me to move banks and I’ll pay.

Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?
