    @AskNationwide I have been accepted for a loan and am waiting on the loan agreement paperwork to come out for me to sign. If I go into a branch, do they have access to print this out, do you know?

    @AskNationwide @junew26 Just to add the service I received (although wait times on the phone c.45mins) has been exemplary. My claims (I've had to make two large ones) were easy and stress-free, unlike others I know who have had zero contact for many months with other firms.

    @AskNationwide Said they didn't have the authority to help at their end then sent me the standard message saying payments were delayed and there was no time frame , the same message I got when I first went on from him

    @AskNationwide I have a limited access saver 3, if I open a triple access online acct, to get the money from the LA saver 3 into the new acct can the local branch do that, or would they have to give me cheque so that it is via my bank acct?

    @AskNationwide tks for stating the obvious as its detailed on the letter recd with new card. however whilst i hv sympathy for those w/visual impairment what about those who r not & require to sign rear of the card only to find the dots now make signing impossible or did u fail to read my post
