@gingio @Barclays I quit Barclays about 20 years ago due to their dire customer service. I’ve been with @AskNationwide since and haven’t got a bad word to say about them.

@AskNationwide hi I need some assistance please. I ordered a new card reader over a week ago and it hasn’t arrived. I need to set up my app on a new device. Can you help?

  • effy_b4 Effy Beezus (@effy_b4) reported

@AskNationwide there’s a possibility my card details have been found because of a data breach on a website. I’ve checked my account and it looks fine, should I cancel my card?

  • Polly004f Polly1954 (@Polly004f) reported

@AskNationwide No you may not be able to access my account specifically but you could comment on the timescale!

  • jpreed30 JPR (@jpreed30) reported

@AskNationwide Thank you for your prompt response about internet banking, but this doesn’t help re: the app as per my question. Apps are easier to login to and use when on the move than internet banking and also sits neater on the screen rather than having to zoom in, which may not be ideal.
