    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    Agree, car parking is a great example.All car parks should have option of paying with cash & Apps especially when no phone service! Banks closing down in towns & no replacement bank hubs as promised! If you are over 70 no one cares about you. Thank goodness for @AskNationwide

    @yawizzy @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Sometimes these days it’s the best way to get proper customer service, that’s why. Why are you trying to police social media like this? Clearly they have exhausted face to face possibilities. What happened to decent customer service and a bit of empathy?
