Being down to one car & listed as Clinically Vulnerable it would have been extremely useful during the Lockdowns. Along with our Lincoln branch being shut for refurb.

ANDREW YEOMAN (@ANDREWYEOMAN4) reported@AskNationwide been a customer 25 years. phoned for advise on new mortgage & told no ERC payable when purchasing house. Told to apply online, as we had just gone back into lockdown. 3 months on charged ERC despite ringing when received redemption statement! Useless!!

The only mistake she made was not offering to help

We have phoned the mortgage service 2 times but still no help. Why take the money and not even book, this delay is causing huge stress and a danger of loss of purchase
