    @AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

    @AskNationwide Hi, you say that all outgoing/outbound transfers are now working as usual but I made a transfer out of my Nationwide account to a different account in my name over 30 min ago and it's still not been received?

    @AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Debit cards are not working because nationwide have queued incoming funds that should have been there this morning. If nationwide cared for their customers they could give everyone a temporary overdraft without charges until the missing money arrives.

    @AskNationwide It's ok saying that but it doesn't help in the short term. Neither does telling people everything else is working as normal. Hardly helpful if you can't actually get funds into your account to spend/pay bills/feed the kids etc etc etc

    Hmmmm @AskNationwide I’m not convinced that your outbound payments are working as usual as you claim. I’ve tried transferring to another account of mine and now my money is lost in space somewhere between my accounts.

    @AskNationwide hi team, I was charged twice for a takeaway meal on New Year's Eve, once by the website who then cancelled my order and then by the restaurant directly. I was told my first payment would be refunded. Though they're is no sign of the refund yet.

    @AskNationwide Inconvenience is an understatement and they have had 5 days yet still not responded!!!! You need to get your acts together and start resolving this recurring issue

    @AskNationwide @k12ddo Dear nationwide if you have a serious problem with your ability to safeguard customers money don’t you think it would be fair to actually advise us of such so we can all pull our funds out , this is happening far to often ,you have our money but you are losing our trust
