    @AskNationwide still awaiting for passnumber I can read, pin number, the app is down and arti is useless, plus there's no email address, so how do we use the bank?

    @AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:
