@AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

@AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

@AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

@AskNationwide No error message, it just crashes on the largely blue screen before you get to the log in page. It is version 17.0.1.

@AskNationwide Yes but I usually go in store to open new products- I also have access to the banking app as it memorised my log in details ( I don’t remember my customer number)

@AskNationwide I recently applied for a loan through the banking app, at the end I was informed a letter would be sent to sign and return and I needed to provide proof of income. I haven't received the letter a week later and can find no information of my application.Can you help
