    @AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

    @HalifaxBank @pinkandtweed I moved to @AskNationwide 20 years ago pal and have never had any problems with them. They have also removed all their C19 screens etc and masks are not compulsory. My advice is take your good business elsewhere and hurt these shysters in their profits

    @AskNationwide I live in France and want to apply for a mortgage on a UK property because I’m returning to the UK. Yet your website says I need to be a UK resident for tax purposes before I can apply. Does this mean I can’t get a mortgage?

    @AskNationwide hi, I’m waiting for a letter in order to complete the set up of a joint bank account but haven’t received anything yet and I though the lady on the phone said 3 working days (I could be wrong). I have a reference number so is anyone able to look into this for me?

    @AskNationwide Definitely. The self service machines are great, just doesn’t make sense to have an empty counter and a queue for them tho… It was Salford precinct. Thanks!
