    @AskNationwide trying to verify my ID and states my card has failed. Is there issues with this as its preventing me from accessing a loan that is needed for food etc

    @AskNationwide It's to set up a direct debit but says there is an issue with my card. My card is registered as I already pay an amount to this company so I only have to enter security code and states payment setup failed

    @AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

    @AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

    @AskNationwide I know because they cut me off at 5PM, mid phone call. I selected a different route on the number above and eventually got through. They don’t have access to CHAPS payment apparently, so it was a waste of time. Looks like I’ll be chasing again tomorrow, great!!

    Very disappointed by @AskNationwide. Wasted so much time on this: first through their inability to complete switch within seven days, meaning my Tesco Bank account can’t be moved (and therefore not qualify for £125 Switch bonus); now through hopeless telephone service. Angry.

    @AskNationwide I did access it. ARTI didn't understand my question and 2 days after I left a message using 'Chat' I got a live message from someone saying they didn't have my original message! Lucky I copied and save it. I'll write using Royal Mail in future!

    @AskNationwide trying to transfer money from my new account, been trying for two days but it continually errors ‘technical problem’ on app and website. Is your tech usually this bad?

    @AskNationwide That doesn’t help. 1) the form to fill only allows to insert a UK address. I don’t have one. 2) If I cannot print the form the only other option is to write the details on the cheque and send it. That’s fine but I cannot sign it as the cheque is in the UK and I’m in Spain.
