@AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

@AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

@AskNationwide To unblock the pin which has been blocked. Do not need to reset the pin number, just need to unblock the account ASAP. Your website / portal does not allow us to notify you anymore to advise of travel for possible card use. Your website advises fraud team 24 hours a day

@AskNationwide The call handler wasn't interested in which branch, even the disability issue - just said you need to go in tomorrow with ID to get some money. Retraining sorely needed. Especially as callers in this situation are often distressed. Shall I message you?

@AskNationwide Hi Kyle, I need access to my account but my phone number has changed and I’m also without a card reader so I cannot log in. Is there a way I can do a transfer over the phone to an existing payee as I need my finance from my last transfer back?
