    @AskNationwide The new look website. It's much worse than the previous version. Please tell us we can keep using the better version indefinitely. The new one shows debits and credits in the same column, without the account balance afterwards. It's terrible.

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

    @AskNationwide why is your telephone number for customers 03457302011 such rubbish? What’s wrong with just answering the phone? Why does AI have to be involved? when using callback it rings twice and hangs up. Your branch staff are brilliant your telephone service is terrible
