    @AskNationwide I’ve spoken to someone. Only took me an hour. Might be worth checking why you’re phone lines are cutting off customers unless it’s about a new application though. Not great customer service.

    @AskNationwide I'm already talking to you here Adam. This represents a massive fraud issue if your call centre is connecting Nationwide customers from the "lost and stolen card" number.

    @AskNationwide That's nice of you but I can tell that NW is a miss-mash of legacy systems glued together by the hopes and dreams of a senior management team trying to stay relevant. You comments will be logged, aggregated, counted and put in the "too expensive to fix" bucket. Have a good one.

    @AskNationwide I have a problem.. I need to access my savings account, however my local branch closes at 2pm every day and closed at weekends. I’m a teacher so it’s impossible for me to get to branch at any point but I need to access my account.

    @mrslisaboyce @AskNationwide Same crap for me today, automated service can't recognise my passnumber so locks me out and sends me a new letter, guess I'm waiting until Tuesday now
