    @LloydsBank with increased profits at the expense of customers. Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    It makes no sense why your service at @AskNationwide Bilston branch was to stop him from opening an account even with the right credentials. I am glad that he didn’t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!
