@AskNationwide trying to verify my ID and states my card has failed. Is there issues with this as its preventing me from accessing a loan that is needed for food etc

@AskNationwide It's to set up a direct debit but says there is an issue with my card. My card is registered as I already pay an amount to this company so I only have to enter security code and states payment setup failed

@AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

@AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

@AskNationwide Yes I did.. But I wrote the account no and sort code down. My bank said I had to contact the person to get a refund but I don't have any contact details of the account holder except the sort code and account no.

@AskNationwide That makes no sense at all what is the difference between me requesting it on the app or in a phone call? Your secure app v me giving all the security details over the phone? CS is about providing the customer with a pleasant journey not jumping through hoops to suit your systems

@AskNationwide Thanks for direction. Again, it was advised to call to bank for direct debit setup. I found in online banking setup too. Feature is nicely hidden away under additional service. Not sure it is intentional or just that user interface is not strong suit.
