    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

    @AskNationwide I need to make a formal complaint. I STILL cannot log in despite opening an online account. Both passcodes by post don't work because I get an error saying "no email or phone number registered on your account". They ARE on my account!!!! I'm sick of this.

    @AskNationwide I have Flex Instant Saver 2 with £10k+ in it. My app says unless I fund the account it will be shut on 9th Dec and "You're not being paid any interest as the balance is zero". Explain or lose a customer.

    @AskNationwide hi guys. I received what looks like a very legit email asking me to complete a survey about a recent interaction with your fraud department, however I haven't been in contact with them. Is this a system error/mix up or something deeper? Happy to share email.

    @AskNationwide I got a letter today asking me if I was a representative of someone who died recently. I quoted the ref no. on the letter and was informed 'I don't know what that is'. No wonder this country is going down the pan.

    @AskNationwide Hi I sent redemption funds yest evening but a whisper from NW. Logged into mortgage manager twice since and its not updated. no confirmation email received. now try to log in get 'Mortgage Manager is not available here at the moment'. Can u confirmed received?
