    @AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

    @AskNationwide trying to verify my ID and states my card has failed. Is there issues with this as its preventing me from accessing a loan that is needed for food etc

    @AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

    @AskNationwide unable log onto my banking app keeps saying wrong pass code but it us not. Sre there issues this morning? Can someone assist as I need to transfer money ASAP to family member abroad.

    @AskNationwide It's to set up a direct debit but says there is an issue with my card. My card is registered as I already pay an amount to this company so I only have to enter security code and states payment setup failed

    @AskNationwide New Customer opened account last week, can't set up a Payee because "you can't verify me" despite me having a card reader Now logged in today amd all my pending transactions are showing as pending and completed leaving me with over £300 missing. Whats going on? Terrible start

    @AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

    @BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!
