    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

    @AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

    @AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😑 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service πŸ˜”
