@AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

@AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

@AskNationwide Nope. That is working absolutely fine. On app, I can log in fine and get to the balance summary page but any choice beyond that throws the error and I have to restart app

@AskNationwide It was deposited through the self service machine as we were told we couldn’t do it at the desk. The machine picked up the amount as £20 instead of £2000, we were told it will be rectified within 24 hours and not to worry! That was over 4 weeks ago today!
