@AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

Hello @AskNationwide just used your ATM, no money given, went inside to let a staff member know and quite frankly they couldn’t have cared less and told me to take it up with G4S. It’s now on me to sort out an unnecessary problem. Very underwhelming

@AskNationwide Clicked on remove overdraft in the app, which came up with an error message. I then spent over 15 minutes on the phone to customer service to be finally told I have to phone Sales to remove it, because you can't remove it if it is at £0!
