@AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

@AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

@AskNationwide No it’s not back to normal. My dd for my cc did not go through yesterday and I can’t even access my cc account at all. Hope there will be no fees for your failure to action a long-standing direct debit.

@AskNationwide app working online banking on iPad iPhone and windows pc on all known browsers and every device I own still technical issues message coming up when I await a code by text and the text comes but can’t put it in online this is an issue cause nothing i do works

@AskNationwide I've had no problems with money in and out of my account, luckily I don't use this acc for my salary which I got yesterday, but bills come out of my nationwide acc and I transferred the money for these, all OK, don't know why I haven't had any trouble though

@AskNationwide Problem logging on via the website. One time code takes too long to arrive, and the Continue button leads to a "problem" warning (as others have said). The App is OK, but my wife doesn't have it and needs to log on. Can you please fix it? Thanks.

@AskNationwide @cheeseban I’ve tried the app and web browsers on two devices. Suggest you escalate to the person responsible for the “Our services are working normally” on your website. There’s clearly an issue from the number of tweets.
