@AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

@AskNationwide for the second day running with absolutely no warning or reason you have blocked our joint account whilst away on holiday. Account is full, used on average ten times a day and you block it for being dormant. Useless

@AskNationwide Why do you treat your customers with such disregard? The letter from you regarding annual credit card insurance gives the wrong telephone number. Customer service give me an alternative, that's not in use! So frustrating.

@AskNationwide Adam, how about rather than fobbing me off with the 965th survey from a company during this pandemic, that you take responsibility on behalf of your customer (me) and file a ticket for this to be investigated properly. Nationwide seem to be floundering when it comes to tech.
