    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide Hi. I am trying to register on line and spoke to a very friendly person last week to register my email and phone number which I need to start the process. However, I still get an error message when I try to register saying it still needs my email / phone number Can you help ?

    @AskNationwide Seriously ? That is amazing. However, some of your colleagues dont seem to be aware either The problem is that I am trying to register for Internet Banking ... I just have a savings account.. no way of doing it if you no longer live in the UK ?

    @AskNationwide applied for a loan Sunday, accepted email says money will be released when we sign & post back the agreement, website says paid into your non nationwide account next working day, can you confirm which one it will be?
