@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide I fail to understand why you need a secure medium for logging feedback re your public-facing website? It's not specific to myself nor my account. I don't want to have to spend time speaking or chatting to someone, I'm giving feedback about the interface.
