@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

@AskNationwide What is the fault related to then? Is it because your systems are down if so why or do you not have money to make these payments and are running around getting a bank loan from the Bank of England?
