    @william98024502 @AskNationwide No they don't have a problem. My error was entirely my fault for forgetting I'd frozen the card.

    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    @AskNationwide couldnt get 2 separate payments through this morning to, two different companies. Used another card , different bank. No issues at all.

    @AskNationwide phoned customer service 3 times this afternoon spoke with 3 different advisors and got 3 different answers to the same problem. How do I know what the correct answer is (if any!)

    @DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide What sort of problem? I'm with them and have been my whole life. And ok although I don't like them merging with virgin. I've not had an issue.

    @DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide Bad, Ask you why you are withdrawing your own money, for years, and not just Nationwide. Then they don`t want you to have a lot of cash at home. All of them are a problem.

    @AskNationwide this means that my husband will not even be able to afford the petrol to get to his new job. He will be getting paid in his new job we also have UC payments due at end of March and at end of April and you are choosing to make life impossible - why?
