    @william98024502 @AskNationwide No they don't have a problem. My error was entirely my fault for forgetting I'd frozen the card.

    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    @premnsikka @AskNationwide is in a list of ethical banks, and I was considering moving to them. I wont be doing this, over this issue. Not just her ridiculous pay increase, way above anything other staff are getting. But the fact Members' votes are meaningless is so wrong.

    @Nogimics @MartinSLewis @AskNationwide I've only been with them since 2006 when I took out my mortgage and opened a new current account at the same time. Wouldn't dream of moving and yes, the fairer share payment is very welcome! Never had any issues with them.

    @AskNationwide your outgoing payments are still not working sent faster payments over 2.5 hours ago new they’ve left my account but not reached the other.

    Fair play to @AskNationwide. They realised last night I was unlikely to be spending money at a DIY shop, let alone 3 payments in quick succession. They phoned and messaged me to alert me. New card issued and payments refunded already. Excellent service.

    @devine1889 @AskNationwide Leon, I reported app issues to them 3 weeks ago and nothing has been done. Don’t expect a resolution anytime soon

    @MartinSLewis I opened a Nationwide Flex Account when working in London, around 87/88. Even staff commented as my account starts 11. Always been happy so never changed. The fairer share scheme has given 3 x £100 + £50 when they merged with Virgin @AskNationwide do I get a long-service prize?
