@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

@AskNationwide I noted a problem with incoming payments. We get our pension paid in to our account and was expecting a payment before christmas so I hope things will not mess up and we will be back to normal. If your here to help it would be good if you covered delayed pensions.

@AskNationwide I'm expecting my dwp benefits payment tomorrow I hope this will be sorted out by then as I don't have any other income, plus dd due out so I better not get charged if they fail because of your issues
