@AskNationwide I moved everything away from Nationwide when I tried to pay a deposit and they froze my account because they refused to believe I was me. Both my old and new mortgages were with Nationwide. They refused to accept their own mortgage agreement as proof of address. Completely broken

@AskNationwide payments are working fine for me moved monies from Santander to nationwide no issues, think people need be either patient or double check the monies have been sent

@AskNationwide I moved some money earlier today to cover payments going but due to your error the money has not yet gone in so I hope I am not going to get charged for the bounced payments as it is not my fault when I have moved funds to cover the payments?
