@AskNationwide I’ve transferred funds from my savings to pay for work on my car. I can’t get my car back until I pay!!!! Any timescale for a fix. Made the transfer over 2 hours ago and it’s still not showing in my Co-Op account

@AskNationwide once again a lack of communication regarding the situation, do you think customers check the app before sending a payment, you need an automated text sent out when online facilities are delayed or not working, once again this is another failure by you
