Nightmare.. ended up with the call handler saying if he requested a new book the book she is using will be cancelled.28 minutes .no result!

No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!
