@AskNationwide @England @Lionesses You've completely undermined this campaign with your support for a Tory PM who condemns footballers who take the knee to show respect.

@AskNationwide Do you think Boris Johnson has done anything to promote 'Respect' by condemning English footballers who take the knee? Sorry Nationwide, it looks like you started out with good intentions which you've completely undermined. WTF were you thinking?

@AskNationwide Nope via the login option on the nationwide website. Funnily enough the chat option on the complaints page works first time...

@AskNationwide But what happens if wife works, takes a joint mortgage with her husband, then stops working? The substance is the same: she is not working and her name is in the deeds, right?

@AskNationwide very disappointed with service this. Tried to pay from flex account to credit card; app told me it had timed out and no payment was made. Checked and it hadn’t gone. So tried it again and it worked. Then account shows 2 payments! Phoned and told nothing can be done

@AskNationwide And that would be a huge issue. what you're saying is that if I access a page via a saved favourite it could be missing security patches and other important updates, rather than re-directing me to the latest login page!

@AskNationwide Okay, you’re going to have to give me an email address. You’re really messing up my account and I need to contact support via a method that actually works.

@AskNationwide how can you have someone manning Twitter but no-one resolving customer issues after 5pm?

@AskNationwide Thank you. Logging a complaint is a good idea. I have tried using secure messaging and got palmed off to collections without non-collections problems solved. I will continue to hunt email addresses.

@AskNationwide hi, yet again I find myself logging into my online banking to see a payment both on my confirmed payments *and* my pending payments. This is the 3rd time this has happened in 2 months. What is going on...?! Please fix this.
