  @AskNationwide @777jilllll It just spins & spins & will not open. I reported earlier & was just told to delete app & download again. This is not the answer as there’s clearly a problem with the app.

  @AskNationwide I literally just need to save a copy of my home insurance document. Can it be emailed to me?? I realise that doesn't solve my issue of not being able to log in and see it myself but nobody I've spoken to seems bothered about that

  @AskNationwide If I did this will it automatically log me back in via Face ID. I wouldn’t want to do this if I manually had to log in as I can’t remember any username or password.

  @AskNationwide Hi managed to fix it myself, it was related to the expired verification messages, I hit the biometric login and had to super quickly hit the messages button before the error popped up. I then cleared my expired verification messages and I was able to continue in the app.
