  @AskNationwide hi team, I was charged twice for a takeaway meal on New Year's Eve, once by the website who then cancelled my order and then by the restaurant directly. I was told my first payment would be refunded. Though they're is no sign of the refund yet.

  @AskNationwide I'm completing a mortgage application but all the "Need help" links at the top of each page seem to be broken (e.g. on the page asking for credit card balances and monthly payments). Any chance these could be fixed?

  @CaraWilliams09 @AskNationwide Something needs to be sorted out by them Unpaid bills so paying late payment because of nationwide plus not everyone can afford not to be worried about it and it’s still not working 😡😡
