@AskNationwide my food shopping has just been cancelled due to this “payment delay” this is my full New Year’s Day dinner!!!! What am I going to do as I’m working all day today so don’t have time to go buy it and the shops are shut tomorrow???? This is absolutely ridiculous!!

@AskNationwide Yet again there is a delayed payments issue today. I'm waiting to be paid my wages, which should be in by now, but you're app/website has a delay warning and I haven't got my finds. Whats going on? There is no explanation available. When will I recieve my wages?!
