    @AskNationwide Apologies I missed this. I appreciate you have tried to help. I'm interested in how you expect me to get hold of uk insurance when I have so far this week spent 1 hour 50 minutes waiting for them to answer their phones. They don't even say how long the wait is

    @AskNationwide I logged a complaint Friday morning and was told I would receive a phonecall with 72 working hours. This hasn't happened.

    @LuanaElisabetta @HSBC_UK @AskNationwide That's so frustrating I hope you have more luck with a new account my husband had problems with his natwest card not working and they refused to send a new one so he switched aswell and no problems since, I hate any issues with money always stresses me right out!
