@AskNationwide Is someone going for a record of how long before the customer gets so annoyed that they hang up. If we don't get through we could find ourselves without cover. Not a great way of protecting your customers. Now 83 minutes!

@AskNationwide So your phone team were more helpful and managed to help me recover the duplicate payment and it's now back in my account. Please can you train your webchat staff to not be dismissive & tell me to wait 8 days - they could have said please call to discuss and see what we can do

@teaandrobots @grogipher @AskNationwide I am also a Bank of Scotland customer and while it took a bit of persistent "education" I managed to get my title changed to "Mx" on all documents, accounts, cards etc.
