    @AskNationwide @Nicolef1Penney Jesus, can’t believe reps are allowed to reply like that, I got a really passagg reply in app chat earlier too. Given how many times they’ve left customers in the lurch with this problem happening again, you’d think they’d train their staff better in trying to descalate issues

    @AskNationwide Will you you be covering any late fees for direct debits as my wages are now late. Also Christmas is only a few days away will you take responsibility for problems arising from over stressed parents who have no money at the worst possible time!

    @AskNationwide It was for home insurance. Whole website was full of template code so unreadable. one for devs take a look at
