    @AskNationwide trying to open a new joint account. After soft credit check I click to go through to apply and it says there is a problem. Tried a number of times and with different browsers. Is there an issue with the system?

    @AskNationwide Stop trying to be everyone’s mate. You are not here to help. Youre a business that exists to make money. I had buildings insurance. My wall collapsed in a record breaking storm. You avoided responsibility. You went out of your way to avoid paying out. I despise you vehemently.

    £200 to move from the useless @HSBC_UK to @AskNationwide Don’t mind if I do. I did warn you HSBC. Piss poor customer care and appalling online security hurdles to simply shop online. Won’t be coming back in a hurry.

    @AskNationwide That's who ive spoken to after 69 minute call yesterday told her system is down and today they have to email someone who will take 2 working days to give some simple information. It's simply not acceptable customer service for something thats cost £375 to be done

    @AskNationwide Hi, Im verifying a customers bank details. The customer states that they cannot print a statement for their flex account fully showing, name and address, sort code/account number and date. The statement only shows bank details without name. Is this true?
