@AskNationwide The app is stuck on the screenshot. Before you drown me with intern-level questions, My Face ID is the same, I’m not a Barclays customer, I’ve tried 3g and 4g and it’s been like this for 5 hours. It’s not the first time either. Every other app in the world works. Tired.

@AskNationwide Yes the live chat helpfully directs me to call the number I’ve been calling for the past 3 days where I’m told there is nothing that can be done to help… really @Nationwide you can’t do anything to help after all the errors you’ve made on my application?

@AskNationwide Have already logged a complaint, have been told nothing can be done and complaints take 5 working days to process. Unless that information is wrong like the previous things I’ve been told? What’s another week when you’ve waiting 4.. that’s if I still have a house to actually buy.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis
