    @AskNationwide are Nationwide aware what poor service their customers are receiving from @TheAA_UK? 6 days since reporting, car still not collected. Poor comms misinformation and an organisational disregard for customers? Doesn't seem to sit with Nationwide's customer philosophy.

    @LegitShambles @AskNationwide Because they want the make things as difficult as possible for customers - or the CEO is not interested in customer service it all flows from there - people who do bad things for pleasure

    @AskNationwide Yes and they transerfed me to the dispute team who hung up on me again so I'm not happy with the service at all I'm definitely going to be taking this further no if no buts enough is enough

    @AskNationwide Thanks Emi I'll do that. I have raised a complaint already with AA but it can take up to 8 weeks for a response. Doesn't help while I have no car. I'm not interested in an apology from them. I just need a car.
