@AskNationwide after waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone, I finally spoke to a lady who was helping me and then the line got cut. I now have to wait another long period to speak to someone. This is so frustrating when you're trying to deal with financial issues.

@AskNationwide absolutely appalled at how poor service from nationwide is, delay after delay with mortgage application, now a week overdue and still not had offer sent out despite escalation

@AskNationwide Honestly, there’s no point. You literally can’t provide ANY service I need, even when I’ve SECURELY contacted you through the nationwide mobile app both over the phone and live chat. Pathetic. A complaint will be logged in branch and it will be getting took to the ombudsmen.

@AskNationwide Hi Jon I can't access my account to have a look at what's going on. Which also means I can't transfer money between accounts to make sure bills get paid
