    @PayPal what a waste of time you lot are. Fobbing me off saying you've sent 'MY money' to my bank account when no transactions are showing and then telling me the @AskNationwide is lying about pending transactions. Not only ridiculous charges but terrible customer service.

    @AskNationwide Hi! My accounts have all been down since 6/8 & I can only log into the app. The website says I don't exist! So no access to funds for 2 days now and that includes a trip to London, so it was very inconvenient! (Happy birthday me! 😭) Pls can you advise?

    @AskNationwide I’ve recently opened a flex one account for my son. Today he tried paying cash in over the counter at a post office with his debit card where he was told his card doesn’t support online banking. Can you help please?

    @SarahDawson83 @AskNationwide Oh Sarah. My problems are insignificant compared to yours. I’d to reload etc, luckily home so could do, but couldn’t have when I used App previously; so a near miss. I hope you get a full resolution. I’m still an @RBS_Help customer…. they’ve had their problems but App is fine.
