@AskNationwide I've just tried to go into Plymouth branch to deposit some cash and just been refused entry with my support dog. Been a customer for 17 years. Absolutely disgusting, caused me to have a panic attack, not a great way to treat long standing customers!

@AskNationwide shocking service. Initiated our switch to you months ago and still not happened. No communication at all. Constant excuses as to why switch has t happened. Awful service, not the best first impression.

@AskNationwide why is your app so outdated? No push notifications when i but something or a D.D goes out? As a longtime customer id expect there to be some quality of life update? Also whats with the having to use a card reader every-time i want to send money??

@AskNationwide Perhaps you could stress that there is no problem with in person purchases, where I am apparently okay to spend money, but not online purchases. Really not sure why there is this difference.

@AskNationwide hi, is there an issue with mobile banking transaction? I have just transferred money from flex account to cashbuilder book account, transaction shows it had left flex acct but not showing in cashbuilder - this is usually instant and i am worried now?

@AskNationwide Hello, yes all the details are correct I’ve done it 3 times. I’m trying to send money 2 someone and everything is fine until come to this page. when i pick my card i have two cards to pick so i pick my main card I’m using an press continue and this issue keeps coming up. thx
