    @AskNationwide Then to actually get hold of anyone on the phone number provided in said email is impossible. You are asked to send a text message to request a call back - well 6 days later and still waiting for resolution on this.

    @Charlot11085585 I feel your pain … it cost me £25,000 to fix a 20 year doubling gr last year because @AskNationwide would not lend to my buyer. The STUPID thing is @AskNationwide lent me £118,000 10 years earlier to buy the bloody flat !!! THEY ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THE DOUBLING GR!! 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

    @AskNationwide There is no possible way to set up direct debit except calling by phone. This conversation leads to cancel my payment setup instead of setting up to set payment amount. Bank's mistake and customer bearing consequences is not right. Formal complaint filed.

    @AskNationwide OK can you help on another issue. I need to transfer some money to another bank that I haven't yet set up but don't have my card reader with me on holiday. This is quite urgent and can't wait until we return home at the end of May. Is there another way I an set up a new payee

    @AskNationwide I was simply trying to notify Nationwide"s fraud dep't that I was abroad so that they don't put a stop on my cards when I use them. I was told that I couldn't do this and if my cards were stopped then I would need to ring to unblock them. I don't have access to a phone abroad?

    @AskNationwide why has your app been down so many times over the last couple of months? You've literally cost me potential earnings, and have cost me money as far as my electricity and bills are concerned
