@dave_murray1981 @moodyfrenchman @AskNationwide Literally makes no difference, these people aren’t talking to the tech guys nor do they care how hard they are working. Some of them have no money right now and are worried about Christmas being ruined because of this. So just leave it out and stop commenting on these posts

due to a 'technical issue', i have been unable to access *my own money* for almost a day. it's really bad timing especially, and @AskNationwide doesn't seem to have *any timeframe* as to when it'll be fixed. it's time to move my current account to @StarlingBank

@einefather @Daniel_R_P @AskNationwide I’m literally lost for words I’ve cried most of the day imagine not getting any access to your own wages. I’ve had to turn heating off and not have any lights on as I cannot top up and my daughter needs the emergency credit to charge her machines that basically keep her alive :(

@AskNationwide @caitlin_tanase Instead of fobbing people off with a link to the same error message on the log in page, fix the problem. Some of us are without heating in 0 degree weather because we cannot get to wages / payments that we STILL havent recieved. Not good enough

@Tesco Hi! I'm a @AskNationwide customer (unfortunately) with my Xmas food shop due for delivery in 2 days. If you can't take payment for my shop due to their 'issues' will you contact me for alternative payment or am I buggered? Thanks!
