lm210 (@mm219009) reported@AskNationwide hi, any known phone line issues? I’ve phoned twice and got cut off after being on hold for 6 minutes both times. Selected call back option and I’ve been hung up on again when the advisor phoned me back!
-
Ash Davidson (@AshDavidsonUK) reported@financefraz @AskNationwide Yeah was a shame, turned out that if your rejected at any point it’s on system for all applications. The first one got rejected due to a format issue with one of the inputs 🙄

Carl Lamb 🐑 (@carllamby2010) reported@AskNationwide Still not working payments not going through
-
sam (@hunting_sam) reported@AskNationwide I’ve just tried the call centre to sort an issue. I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - I need to speak to someone but can't get through.

Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reportedSome absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'

Christopher Freeman (@cmdfreeman) reported@AskNationwide Are you absolutely sure all your systems are working perfectly? I’ve been waiting over 90 minutes for a simple bank transfer…..
-
CJ © 📷 (@photo_cj) reported@AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

Christopher Freeman (@cmdfreeman) reported@AskNationwide Would love to but your app is down. I’m in the midst of a switch and already regretting it. You’re not a serious bank.

Johnboy Scott 🏴🏴 (@Johnboy014) reported@AskNationwide Thank you for the £100. A loyal customer 👍 Oops, not a loyal customer. At least the Ceo has a good bunch of 💷💷💷 🤔👏👏😡

Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
