    @AskNationwide Yet you're happy to receive my salary. You're happy to give me a £25,000 unsecured loan along with a 200k mortgage. But you cannot verify some ID because to quote "you don't know me personally" Utter nonsense really guys. Just another disgruntled customer, add me to the list.

    @AskNationwide Hi I keep getting automated phone calls from 08453312530 Can you tell me if genuine please I don't like pressing numbers to automated calls incase of a scam . Ringing persistently . Looked on Nationwide website but dosnt help . Regards Dave Jones

    @AskNationwide Hi - please can you let me know when your app will be back up and running? I can see numerous tweets on your twitter page with the same problem as me and you say there's nothing wrong. Has this changed?

    @AskNationwide Possible reason for that is the entire HIP/EPC/DEA thing was completely ballsed up from day 1 and it's taking a long time to fix it with all the different versions of SEDBUK
