    @AskNationwide So far your online service has required me to log in five times in ten minutes, won't allow me to convert my account and has a broken link to the page where I'm supposed to be able to . Online chat has no-one available either. Best possible service? Really?

    @AskNationwide Yes, it says “we seem to be experiencing some technical problems”. I’ve tried a number of times to make a payment online and keep getting this. K
