    @AskNationwide Any news on when the St. Neots branch will be opening again? I have walked into town twice, last week (I think) and today, it was shut both times for maintenance. Your branches website says it is open!

    @AskNationwide how long till I am able to unfreeze my card? Currently needing to use my card and it’s saying that I I’m unable to due to a technical issue. This is causing me a lot of issues

    @AskNationwide I cannot get into the Nationwide app or get online both using WiFi and 5g. This has gone on for over a week. I have deleted app and reloaded app, turned WiFi router on and off but still no joy on IPhone or IPad. Please help. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

    @AskNationwide all afternoon to try and pay a bill, branch won’t/can’t help. The chat facility has repeatedly asked me the same questions for hours and I’m no further forward. At this point I can only describe the service as beyond dire #poorservice
