@PhilipSimons18 @AskNationwide It is I spent 45 mins on hold, when I got through they couldn’t do anything but the agent said, eveb they have no idea, they hadn’t had an update for 2 hours, and had just been told to tell ppl “money will go through when it’s fixed” he said he wishes he could help but couldn’t

@AskNationwide This is ridiculous, it’s bad enough that this is happening, but so close to Christmas, people are getting stressed and panicking, get this sorted and sort out some competition, this is going against terms of service, sort it out.
