    @AskNationwide horrified at your poor service. Total lack of interest that a disabled person has had their card swallowed by your ATM. No interest in which one, just told it must be faulty. After waiting 15mins in a panic..

    @AskNationwide The call handler wasn't interested in which branch, even the disability issue - just said you need to go in tomorrow with ID to get some money. Retraining sorely needed. Especially as callers in this situation are often distressed. Shall I message you?

    @AskNationwide ok… today I got a letter asking me to ring to verify my NI number. After 45 mins on hold the brusque - and that’s being polite- call handler says she cannot help me and I have to go to a branch. I despair.

    @AskNationwide I am abroad in the USA my credit card is being declined because it has been blocked. I have called the 24 hour fraud team who did not help! I have been left unable to pay for transactions and stranded
