If you sent a notice out to customers via text when you have these issues we would know not to use our cards - telling people there are no issues when a lot of people can’t use their cards is total joke

Also update the service-status page on your website, which is blithely claiming everything is tickedy-boo. Your desperate image management is actually undermining your credibility big time.
