    Just spoken to Financial Ombudsman’s office about @AskNationwide and #themortageworks and the disgraceful service they offer. Was given an email address to use which they say should get action. We’ll see. All would be unnecessary if they both offered a service worthy of the name.

    @AskNationwide And he called that and he got deferred again to other online services.. I really don’t think customer service is catering in a helpful way to older people post covid

    @AskNationwide my parents have a breakdown cover with you via their current account. They are trying to contact your breakdown team and it is highly unhelpful when you refer them to AA when it is your cover. Kindly assist on the way forward. All they need is to fix a flat tyre
