@AskNationwide I paid a bill at Nationwide Macclesfield this afternoon, but when I looked at my account on the app there is something which doesn't add up, and I am down a few hundred pounds, and shouldn't be. Please advise.

ATM screen went blank, blew the power in the shop, failed to dispense cash. Power back within 30 secs but ATM not working. Guy in shop says "it's always doing that"! As soon as I got home, contacted @AskNationwide via online chat and they're on the case. Thank you @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide how can play station network get access to my brand new card number without me giving it to them or permission to use jt?? I only got my card yesterday and they have taken money from my account, I got a new card for this reason and they can still take cash

@AndyMSUK @AskNationwide Mostly seems to be okay now. Tbh I didn't get much response even in DM other than "we know there's an issue, we're working on it". Occasionally I still get the issue but if I restart my phone that tends to fix it now. Sorry I couldn't be more help
