@AskNationwide when is the banking app going to be working? I’ve been waiting over 2 days and still can’t see my transactions or actual balance or move money between my accounts!

  • sophiegriggs Maudie Wareham (@sophiegriggs) reported

@AskNationwide #1 My elderly parents: mum - housebound & dad main carer had a joint savings account. During the pandemic my sister was allowed to access the account as a third party but recently told she couldn’t. @MartinSLewis @Moneybox

@AskNationwide What about letting someone use their account 3rd week now you haven't let me access money. I have 2 kids in my care! Don't reply with a chappy speak to someone message spoke to everyone sent everything. Are you going to cover the extra charges on bills I can't pay. Jokers

@AskNationwide I have a limited access saver account but only have access this with the book and have to go to the branch to deposit money. Can I open up a online banking account for this kind of account? So I can put money in more easily and will I have to get rid of the book?

  • MasterCryptoG1 MasterCryptoG (@MasterCryptoG1) reported

@AskNationwide I am writing on behalf of my 71yr father, who has been dragged through hell and back, initially by errors in your mortgage renewals department, now carried over to your complaints department and on to a senior member relations consultant (since writing to your CEO)

  • angelsincognito Lucinda (@angelsincognito) reported

@AskNationwide fun maths question! If I pay £200 a month into an instant access saver with a 5% interest rate, and make 0 withdrawals, why have you paid me £38 for the whole year? And why do all your agents insist that nationwide never offered a savings account of more than 1.3%?

  • jwsswain Jonathan Swain (@jwsswain) reported

@AskNationwide Very much still broken at the moment

  • andywatson84 Andrew Watson (@andywatson84) reported
