Mind Crypto 🍥 (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!

Jagerman (@jagerman213) reported@AskNationwide I’ve opened a new account and sent money to this account from my old bank account. But I cannot transfer the money back to my original account which is a Lloyds account. It comes up with ‘we are experiencing a technical problem’.

Tamara G (@wacgirl) reported@AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
