@AskNationwide You don't have instant access products that pay over 0.01% available in branch, have to go online to get 0.35%. Regular saving products it looks like you only have online, no in-branch at all. Why is this? Ironically on website: no way to filter by "available in branch"

What kind of bank doesn't let you make payments over telephone banking? Card reader giving me an error and imagine thinking the telephone banking would be a back up. Strange times @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide you have lost a substantial amount of my money within your system. You have told me you have got it but no one seems to be able to track it down or move it into my account. Utterly ridiculous. What’s going on?

@DyslexiaTeach @AskNationwide In the exact same situation. We were looking to remortgage as we want to buy a house and our complex is under the 18m mark but are getting screwed due to the lack of an ews1 form. The service management company will not commission it as we do not meet the govt requirements for it

@AskNationwide I am trying to help an elderly relative without internet access find a better interest rate, they have isa with you, but it seems best rates only for people with online access? Why is that? Feels like discrimination against folks without internet to be honest.
