    @dianepickup @AskNationwide Yeah it’s definitely appearing to be a big problem whatever it is. What’s more concerning is there are people due payments last week that have still not been paid. Just had to break this information to my mum now and safe to say she isn’t too happy 😬

    @AskNationwide Hi, can you help please? I’m having £9.99 taken for Spotify but I have absolutely no idea what it’s for / what account it is. I’m now using a new card as my previous card was lost yet they are STILL taking funds. Any advice?

    @AskNationwide Thanks for the reply. That sounds absolutely awful. Can't imagine carrying something round to deal with my account when I already have a phone. Something extra to pack on holiday. Just also found out that I can't pay in cheques with the app. I may have made a mistake switching!
