@AskNationwide There is no possible way to set up direct debit except calling by phone. This conversation leads to cancel my payment setup instead of setting up to set payment amount. Bank's mistake and customer bearing consequences is not right. Formal complaint filed.

For the 4th time now @AskNationwide has responded to a base rate increase with: "We're currently working out what this means for our savings members" Based on the last 3 times, it will mean a very belated increase in rates, passing on only a fraction of the rise. Or nothing.
