Every six months or so @AskNationwide block my account, stop my card and cause unnecessary stress and admin. You're a nightmare. After 20+ years with you, you can now 🖕. I'm off. While you'll say it's 'helping to prevent fraud' I like to call it 'spending my sodding money'

@AskNationwide I'm trying to get hold of someone regarding my dad's new account he's opened but had no letter to sign and it's been over the time they told but I can't do it on the phine as we have no detail which are coming on the letter!!! Help !!!!

@AskNationwide is your digital banking service okay today? My OTP code took 10 mins to deliver by SMS, now been over 30 mins with nothing. Email the same. It's a poor customer experience compared to other banking vendors... maybe invest in improving it?
