@AskNationwide Definitely not the online bank unless you work at lightening speed. Cut off without explanation whilst attempting transaction. Sought help, not easy to find, and bloody thing tried to time out whilst asst was explaining prev attpt had timed out. Back 2FirstDirect?

@AskNationwide Which is extremely useful if you don’t have an English mobile number, costing me £60+ a time to call you when you block my card. So yes you have a number, but no it’s of no ******* use at all

@AskNationwide hi. Is it correct when awaiting a refund from a retailer it’s actually the bank /BS that determines if it’s refunded back quickly ? And that it’s not the retailer that’s slow?
