@AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

@AskNationwide I have his will in my possession and the death certificate I won't have until Tuesday that's when I have the appt with the registrar can i go down the branch in town and show them all this I'm not keen on sending his will out I need to show it to other banks and pension ppl etc ?

@AskNationwide I don't because I don't know if it was changed and if you have the right address. It's impossible to do over the phone, I've already called 20+ times so not sure what I'm supposed to do. Would I be able to close my account over the phone without going through 2 round of security?
