  My Mum passed away at the end of last month and trying to sort her financial affairs. I thought I'd closed her Bank account with @AskNationwide on the 9th July and was told I should hear from them in ten working days but heard nothing. 1/2

  @AskNationwide very disappointed to find out this year I will not be receiving the fare share payment even though I have numerous accounts with you and been a loyal customer for many years. I now feel loyalty means nothing and will have to revaluate my position with you.

  @LloydsBank with increased profits at the expense of customers. Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.

Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.   @AskNationwide I wrote to them as someone that had very much been part of Pride celebrations in the past, but who felt unable to support the incarnation that @AskNationwide was promoting, by the way. /end
