    @AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You can’t remove the card reader if you’ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems you’ve updated the system with the same error. I too can’t transfer money.

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
