    @AskNationwide closing an account for no reason, not responding to messages and now refusing to tell me where my money is is a big problem and fraud. Just because I ordered a new card. Urgently get back to me, I shouldn’t have to wait hours on a phone when you’ve taken my money

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
