    Just seen an ad for @AskNationwide promoting their Scamcheckker service. I think the public have worked out the scam.

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    @AskNationwide your anti-fraud system has blocked a payment of mine, leading to me paying an extra £90 for festival tickets. Customer service offered me £25 and told me to use another bank next time. Are you able to assist me with getting the other £65 back please?

    @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes
