@AskNationwide The sending bank have confirmed that the money has reached Nationwide. So where is it if not in my account? Why are you passing it to them to sort? The SO goes across like clock work each month. The 1 time it hits when you have a payment issue, it’s conveniently not ur fault? 🤥

@AskNationwide was told I could not pay my adult sons Christmas money into their savings accounts today. Never had an issue before and under £100. So you expect one to take time off work and my SEND son to put himself at risk to go into a branch?😡

@AskNationwide Hi again Emma. You are failing to respond to the fact you are telling everyone it’s all sorted, but it’s not. Where is my money? Are you staying publicly that you have no issues at all then? @financialombuds
