  Bugger. Here we go again. Why are even @AskNationwide screwing their existing home insurance customers? Just got told I have a FORTY % increase in my premium for next year!! The @CooperativeBank did the same to me when I was a long time customer.

  @AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes
