  In germany and cant use #visa cards to pay due to system failure. Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Waiter tells me its "europe-wide" issue? @AskNationwide any idea if this is a wider system issue or me specific 🤔

  @AskNationwide 2 things. I have push notifications on and they work. No issues there. But how do I get this for payments in and out? I.e. I paid someone £10 etc.

  @AskNationwide I lost a better interest rate because your processes are antiquated, if not down right illegal! 2 months to sort out a very small mortgage and it's caused so much stress. Complaints couldn't even tell me when a decision was made & the letter I never received @Debbiecrosbie1

  @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡
