    4 mths of trying to get help from @AskNationwide. In 24 hours I will have lost everything because, despite 5 hours a day seeking phone help every day for 3 weeks, no one knows how to help me. Can't be escalated because no exchange date. No exch date because it can't be escalated

    @AskNationwide Thanks. Their devices are compliant but to enable the UK app store access they'd have to disable access to apps that they still need for Ukrainian contact. This is different to how many other UK personal banks have enabled their apps to be installed from the Ukrainian app store.

    @AskNationwide my credit card transactions aren’t appearing in the app before 2nd of April. Is there a way to fix that? I’d like to be able to see all my data

    @AskNationwide They have dealt with cancelling that card and have reissued it, the problem is they insist it was on my phone and have locked it. We can’t get anywhere to find out how to resolve it. 95% of my purchases are by Apple Pay.

    @CanadaKlr @Nicllan @AskNationwide would you say that they had no right to enter because it was ‘restricted’? because if so…your argument seems to boil down to ‘I just don’t think trans people should compete’ for no real reason

    @AskNationwide We have, Mary from the team helped as much as possible and told us to leave feedback on the website which hopefully will help us answers…. Seems crazy we are not being referred properly considering a device has been wrongly blocked.
