@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide Care to explain to customer why use feel as a trustworthy bank it’s ok to have faults all the the time in this current financial struggle going on ? And when complain and offer reward you then close down customer accounts for errors that are your fault? Don’t hide

@AskNationwide I've had to cancel both my disabled sons respite and my shopping order was cancelled. We have no food ,the banks are shut in Scotland ,now how do I access MY money now.

@AskNationwide Haven't been able to use neither of my two cards since you replaced them and put restrictions on both. I'll be leaving as soon I get time to go into a branch. No access to funds all of Christmas.

@AskNationwide You have the capacity to employ someone to fix your glitches so don't procrastinate just do it. Put your customers first. People are facing real hardship because you can't be bothered to fix it.
