    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide Hi, in April Nationwide issues £50 rewards to all accounts holders. Mine was paid directly into my account but my children had cheques issued. I have just had an opportunity to get them banked and can't find them. Would you be willing to re-issue them?

    @AskNationwide i’ve just registered for the online banking for my mortgage but when I try to login, it’s telling me my details can’t be found?
