You deny any issues yet it is no coincidence that you have an app problem but are in denial. Your IT people are sleeping on the job.

  One of your ATMs swallowed a large cash deposit then said transaction failed and machine went out of service. Called customer service but they said there wasn't anything they could do and we'd have to wait until Monday to go into branch. Surely more can be done?! @AskNationwide
