@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide I'm not looking for info about an application. I'm looking for an answer to a personal query relating to my account. No answer or admission that they couldn't answer in an hour, then call cut. Appalling service. Again. FSO complaint incoming I fear!!

@AskNationwide They said within 24 hours they'd call, it's over 48 hours now and no call back. I appreciate you saying sorry, but for it to take over 2 weeks and still have no access to my money and no replacement card abroad it just feels like lip service.

@AskNationwide hello, I'm trying to sign up to online banking and I need my pass number. I have the letter with the number on but its impossible to read. Is there anyway to reset the number without having to wait for another letter?

Hello @AskNationwide I'll be going on an expedition in Southern Africa soon, using my Nationwide CC as I always have in the past. Except that it's now unusable for this kind of travelling. I will not have access to my phone or online banking, so can't do your security process.

@AskNationwide i transfered money to my loan account last monday, was given the wrong information. Over a week later and nationwide still cannot locate where my money has be sent to, even with the information they provided me with. Not happy with the service #nationwide

@AskNationwide It even came up on the app regarding issues and to try again later so clearly you just weren't informed as I and many others had the same issue thanks anyway but rather than claiming there's no issue try not commenting on something clearly above your pay grade as you always lie
