    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide "In part of the application you are asked if you want to transfer an existing ISA in. So here you can put the account details from your existing triple access" sorry but this section of the application specificially says "Transfer from a non-Nationwide ISA". I'll call up for help

    @AskNationwide But then I have to make an initial deposit which I don't want to do. Or can the initial deposit for the new ISA be solely from my existing triple access ISA?
