@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide 2) subsequently that team closed at 5pm despite me starting the call at 10 to 5. No one could help me to even update as to why the funds were not released other than ‘they should be but something strange is going on with our systems’

@AskNationwide why the lousy service? I asked for a £0.03p credit as a result of same day FX rate fluctuation and you call centre agent told me no, and then agreed I could close my account if I felt strongly about the decision! Bonkers.

@AskNationwide Hi we've just applied for instant access ISA to transfer my sons CCTF in to as he's just turned 18. Will he get a cash/ATM card to deposit/withdraw funds from this account as I understand you no longer do passbooks. Many thanks
