    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    Is @AskNationwide having a bit of a nightmare? Last night I couldn’t make an online banking payment (it went through OK this morning) and now a ticketing site can’t contact them.

    Hey @AskNationwide very disappointing you can’t open a ISA with yourselves online unless you’re an existing customer. Also very poor not to be able to transfer an existing isa in along with allowing this years allowance.
