    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide and @TheAA_UK thanks for help to recovery the car in France. However be agreed on what I can spend to pick up my car? I find the garage where the car will be repair asap then find the best way to go back to home as I took my parent’s to 🇬🇧 as alternative.

    @AskNationwide I've transferred money to a payee with a long name. The payment has gone through. I typed the full name in but only part of it is on the confirmation. Is this a problem?

    @AskNationwide My problem is that I am getting someone else’s account notifications. I contacted you on your chat as requested, then on phone, and nobody can solve this issue as I AM NOT a nationwide customer. My email address is wrongfully used, I raised it with you and NOTHING HAPPENED

    @AskNationwide Hi I have a 1 yr triple access account maturing in June this year at 2.5percent. Can I transfer all funds to 1yr fixed term saving at 4 percent? What will happen to the exist interest of will I leave some funds in triple access?

    @AskNationwide You're not there for your loyal customers. NWide very quick to increase mortgage rates but SLOW to increase saver rates. Your CEO laughing all the way to the bank? Huge profits = POOR, loyal customers 😔
