@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide hi, I have been trying to send payments to someone using my card reader but Keeps coming up on the online banking app about experiencing technical problems. Do you know when this will be fixed so can send my payments?

Has anyone else got issues with @AskNationwide not accepting Touch ID to get into banking apps? Accepting Face ID for my own account but not my grandmothers.

@AskNationwide Yes this is happening when entering the code! I have tried few times and the details are correct! There is also a different payment where they want me to go on the app and approved my card ( without the card reader) and when I go back to the payment says an error still
