@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide @laurence_dh Oh dear, they really don’t know what they’re doing, do they? Was a Nationwide customer since 2017, but opened an account with Lloyds International this week and won’t miss Nationwide one bit.

@AskNationwide If I want to set up a joint account, can this be applied for through the account I currently have or do I apply separately? I was hoping to be able to access the joint account with my current internet banking.

@AskNationwide Without doubt the worst online customer service ever. After 40 mins in an online chat the resolution is for me to phone the UK from SA. #arseholes #wasteofspace

@AskNationwide Email from @Se_Railway “You'll receive a cheque for £15.60 within the next 10 working days. For future reference when applying for Delay Repay you may wish to use a different bank card or payment method as Nationwide are currently declining our payments.”

@AskNationwide I don't want to add them to the debit/current account I currently have as want that separate. But would like to open a joint account that I could access from the Internet banking log in that I have. Is that possible? Thank you.
