  @babygurrrrrlll @AskNationwide @manycornio Exact same issue for me. £800 taken out of my account instead of £400 due to error message, and neither have cleared on my Barclaycard despite payments being made at 10am. It’s a Barclaycard issue, not a Nationwide one

  @AskNationwide @financialombuds I complained to Nationwide on 12th August (7 weeks ago) about the Nationwide Scam Protection Promise and the Fraud Support Teams slow reaction; no reply. I have to wait 8 weeks before I can contact you about it. One more week to wait! #ombudsman

  @AskNationwide been trying to call for three days because I can't log in to my Nationwide Current account, and you've slapped me with a very much not needed charge with the threat of another by midnight. I have transferred some money across but need to check balance.
