Mark Campion (@MarkkCampion) reported from Swansea, Wales@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
