    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @ItsMatt_Again @AskNationwide Have you tried a digital bank? Not sure of your issue, however, cheques can be posted and you can deposit at payzones, which are open all day.

    @AskNationwide true to form, just like writing to you and and calling, no one has contacted me from your complaints team that was promised via DM on twitter. 7 months ongoing now…. Seriously what is going on at Nationwide? Does anyone else have this issue???

    @AskNationwide Yes as an individual, but not as a joint account. It’s been agreed you will reset the account for 12months, I’m just not sure exactly what that means. Would I get interest charge in error back, or just no interest on o/d for next 12 months?

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.
