@AskNationwide Sorry Nationwide, again you got it wrong, telling your customer to fill in a complaint form! You simply are not focused on providing a good customer experience, we have banked with you for circa 40 years, but you have failed to respond to the changing and remain competitive

And also @AskNationwide has texted me my mortgage rate is going up, yet their savings has only gone up 0.05% in the last few months. Quick down, slow up for savings slow down, quick up for borrowings 😡

Been waiting over 4 months for a mortgage from @AskNationwide. Made a complaint about the excessive wait times (14 working days between each correspondence). Complaint response delayed twice and on the response date they failed to contact me. Any advice @MoneySavingExp?

@AskNationwide given your systems have gone down and I don't know if my switch has been actioned, could you confirm that you will honour the offer? Or am I punished for your systems issues (accidental or deliberate)?

I usually put off doing things like calling organisations because the process can be so convoluted & often not helpful. But I had a query about my mortgage & called & spoke to 2 people at @AskNationwide today & they couldn’t have been more helpful! Great service thank you!

@AskNationwide Yes. With different web browsers as well as different devices. Please don't suggest telephoning. Spent 45 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone about another issue recently. Last enquiry in branch resulted in direction to phone / internet / app banking. Fine if works.

@AskNationwide Interesting. I received a letter 4 weeks ago saying you are increasing my mortgage interest payments because of previous BOE rate rises. Didn’t get an email then and didn’t see any savings account interest increase on your website. One way traffic I fear.
