    @AskNationwide hi, any known phone line issues? I’ve phoned twice and got cut off after being on hold for 6 minutes both times. Selected call back option and I’ve been hung up on again when the advisor phoned me back!

    @AskNationwide any updates? Can’t get through to telephone banking as you have a 50 minute wait time!! Your website says internet banking is working so why can’t I log in?

    @AskNationwide so please enlighten me as to how I’m locked out of setting online banking up but then I tried to access my customer number and it says I’m locked out of setting it up Honestly a joke, regretting trying to set up an account with u
