So, I finally decided to swap my current account to @AskNationwide Only to be thwarted as there was nobody in branch who could do that, although they said they could help me use can IPad. Also offered to book an appt but only on a weekday. Not good. Grrr!

@AskNationwide Why is the app not closing when swiped away? This has only started since the recent app update. If anyone was to pick up my phone after me they would have access to my bank details. This is a MAJOR security flaw with the app, swiping it closed should close it.

@AskNationwide suggest telling customers 2 weeks minimum for news cards. Twice recently I've been told 3 to 5 days. It took 4 days to get an email for 1 card, but not the other. Day 13 and 10 working days later. Nothing in the post. This should be an overnight courier delivery

@AskNationwide hi, you sent me a new bank card as my previous expires this month. The new one doesn’t work at all and the card which expires 09/25 only works sometimes and so all my automatic payments are being declined and I can’t pay for some things. Can you help?

my wife has just had her bank account suspended due to an error which is the banks mistake, and now MUST wait for 4 days before access is granted. what a joke @AskNationwide is. thankfully most of my banking is done with a proper bank.
