@AskVirginMoney I have been on hold for an hour to try and make my mortgage payment manually, I have direct debit in place to make this payment but due to issues with @AskNationwide today, the money was not in my account until 3pm and they have not sent the payment. Please advise

@JodanaSandyXx @AskNationwide Well they aren't holding it against your will it's not their faults that there is an issue yes I know it's infuriating and you need the money but it was out of their control

@AskNationwide when will the issue with payments going into accounts be sorted, please? I've received some payments but am still waiting for another one - is it right that some may take longer than others? This one was made before others I've now received....

@AskNationwide So many issues and delays in last 2 weeks as well as many previously! What is going on?? Time to change to another provider! It is totally unacceptable. You will loose customers for sure!

@AskNationwide It has thanks Jake. Payment completed in the final 10 minutes of the 2 hour window. I’ve never seen it take this long and in all honesty this combined with the issues with payments in the past 10 days are making me reconsider my primary account provider.

So @AskNationwide @nationwide have flagged on accounts that inbound payments are queued. Fine, but my card isn't working at all due to the bank being unable to process payments either?! This wasn't flagged. How are we meant to function?
