    Seems it's impossible now to use @AskNationwide online banking, via desktop or mobile app without using their card reader - Do they honestly think I'm going to carry their ******* stupid little card reader (and card) around with me 24-7? Luckily @HalifaxBank to the rescue.

    @AskNationwide Trying to contact your mortgage department. Website says you are open today. So I call, spent five minutes on the phone, only to be told the lines are closed. Why does the website say you are open?

    @AskNationwide You keep asking me for a card reader for all transfers! This means I need to carry a card reader everywhere! Why aren’t my log in credentials, my fingerprint and my mobile number enough? You have frustrated the hell out of me, I’m switching to Santander!
