@AskNationwide Hi recently tried to make a purchase it came up with me needing verification which I did and on the site I was on it said it failed but I checked my account it says the money was taken out and is currently pending can someone help me out please thanks!

hello @haymarketbooks for some reason I am unable to use any of my Nationwide cards on your website! I've spoken to @AskNationwide and they assure me the problem is at your end so I suggest you look into that. In the end I used my disposable virtual @RevolutApp card instead.

@AskNationwide is there an issue with the app? I made a transfer from my current account to my savings account. However, the money is shown taken out from my current account but not transacted into my savings account

You gotta love @AskNationwide Banked with them for 30+ years, turned me down for a 98% deposit mortgage because I'm disabled, froze my bank card three times while I'm trying to buy things for my house and then take 20mins to answer a phone each time you try and sort it out

@AskNationwide Sadly had to raise a formal complaint with @AskNationwide as the person I'm currently on the phone to gives me every reason why he can't progress my issue & NO suggestion as to how to move forward. Not in line with #mutual ethos or #TCF principles. Am asking for help that is all
