    @AskNationwide hi, I need a statement to show proof of address and it’s impossible to sort via the app…. Can’t even locate one to screenshot. Do I need to visit a branch. ? Or can I request one is posted to me at my registered address?

    @AskNationwide Yes I have. I have tried multiple devices. The man who I spoke to on the phone told me the system is down and placed me on hold to find out when it would be fixed then hung up on me

    @AskNationwide @nomoneyforbeer Yes you have received reports. I have the same problem and have reported it. Perhaps you should forward this thread to Joe Garner so he can speak to someone and maybe the members will get some action on an issue that has been going on for over a year 😡

    @AskNationwide hi, i can see eBay have tried to take a payment twice - one went through but the other one is pending and has putting my bank into - Can someone help asap please
