@AskNationwide @AskNationwide that worked out well two complaints logged since the first of the month! No customer service again and yet more incompetence from the nationwide! Time for ombudsman to look into this one!

  • J_Aylward Jordan Aylward (@J_Aylward) reported

@AskNationwide Hi, just spent ten mins on the phone trying to request a paper statement only to be told it can't be done via phone. I urgently need this for mortgage application - please can you help?

  • MartinJKeatings Martin James Keatings #NoMoreMandates #PassTheBill (@MartinJKeatings) reported

So! Interesting **** today. An account sold to my mother (a contingency account) by @AskNationwide branch which she puts money aside for emergencies (you know like global pandemics) is inaccessible because apparently it doesn't allow external transfers.

  • TarshaBarsha Barsha 💙 (@TarshaBarsha) reported

Why @AskNationwide can’t people do transfers over the phone? Awful for ppl who are mobility impaired and those who don’t use internet banking.

  • charlottetully7 Charlotte (@charlottetully7) reported

@AskNationwide It will be the final statement as we will be completing on a property before the end of the month. Our Solisitor has asked for “Help to Buy Closing Statements.”

  • charlottetully7 Charlotte (@charlottetully7) reported

@AskNationwide hi I need a statement for my help to buy ISA. What is the quickest way? Can I go in branch to get one printed?

  • vickyy_williams Vicky 🦋🥀 (@vickyy_williams) reported

@AskNationwide hi, I’m applying for a mortgage and they want a bank statement for my help to buy ISA account to prove how much money I have in the account. I cannot find an option to download that.

  • MK_Andy Andy (@MK_Andy) reported

@AskNationwide I'm using the customer number which I've checked in my app, then my date of birth. It says, "Sorry, we don't recognise those details". I've had my account for 15-20 years so it's not a new account.

  • Hammer57COYI GOD BLESS England, Britain, UK (@Hammer57COYI) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks but where is the 24/7 assistance that is mentioned. It is a joke! The situation is I want to transfer a decent amount of money in from an ISA elsewhere and I have to battle to get assistance from someone! I would like to speak to someone. Is that not part of 24/7 help?

  • DolmanOlivia Olivia Dolman (@DolmanOlivia) reported

@AskNationwide Can I go into branch to beg them to help? Getting desperate!
