@AskNationwide It is not working on my IMac. I am trying to pay in euros to a French account and every time I get due to a technical problem says unable to continue. IBAN is 27 characters beginning FR76. Just not working for past two days. And I am using a statement from the Bank I am paying.

@AskNationwide Is there a problem with your online banking? If I try via web browser (have tried different browsers) I just get “we are experiencing a technical problem” message.
