SMV (@MissSmallVoice) reported@AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported@AskNationwide No correspondence from you and you send me a letter asking me to call you. NO!!!. I have left you because of how you treated me. Youโve now added charges onto my account and again, thatโs down to you and the way you treated me. Remove charges and add 50% discount for the distress caused and the hassle for me to move banks and Iโll pay.

Heather Finlay ๐๏ธKPSS๐๐ค๐ (@LuxuryMoon) reported@AskNationwide Your new style layout for online banking is very poor and much worse than the current one. I sent a message a couple of days ago saying that I donโt want to switch but received no reply. The old style holds the information on one page . With a grid format that makes it easier to see and find a transaction . The new one is all over the place , disorganised and forces me to scroll up and down constantly . It seems that you have gone for a system that suits your tech staff but not your actual customers How do I retain the old style? I feel so strongly about this that I will move to another bank if forced to use the new style
