@AskNationwide it’s time for a new bank I think!! What is going on with you guys this “power outage” is happening too often we all have real life payments/transfers to make

  • E_Myerscough Edd Myerscough (@E_Myerscough) reported

@asknationwide When you say payments are 'delayed', do you mean they won't go through until you resolve the issue, or do you mean they are still working but are taking longer than usual to process?

  • unknown09190919 Francesca Dacey (@unknown09190919) reported

@AskNationwide @Requando Will the issue be fixed today? That’s all I need to know , all my bills come out tomorrow and i will need to contact them and try and tell them what is going on

  • Stuart86965132 Stuart (@Stuart86965132) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks but I sent the payment to my account in the early hours and it is still not showing. This is really not the level of service I expect from a major building society.

  • lovejmatic That girl Jemz (@lovejmatic) reported

@AskNationwide I too am sorry to hear this! Doesn’t help me much you saying sorry, it needs to be investigated why this keeps happening.

  • SisterMena Mena (@SisterMena) reported

@AskNationwide you guys are jeopardising customers relationships with other utilities/organisations with your terrible technical issues which are too much sort it out it’s practically lunch time and it’s still ongoing

  • ChrisCo20322855 Chris Corbett (@ChrisCo20322855) reported

@AskNationwide I need to make a mortgage payment today but as payments into my account are down, I am not able to. How can I ensure I don’t miss my payment and other commitments?

  • wrightpd Paul Wright (@wrightpd) reported

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide are a joke, their systems are stuck in the dark ages which is why I moved to @StarlingBank , after 3 years not a single problem, can’t recommend them highly enough

  • vixhilton Victoria Hilton (@vixhilton) reported

@AskNationwide I’m aware direct debits are working normally but there’s no money gone into my account to pay them. My standing order and my bank transfer in both haven’t gone through. What do you advise I do?

  • TaraGilmore Tara Gilmore (@TaraGilmore) reported

@AskNationwide hi I’ve tried to get an extension on an item I’ve bought that needs paying today through #klarna - been unable to do so and now I’m going down as a late payment and will have to pay interest. Will you cover the cost of my interest now?
