    @AskNationwide Your live chat system does not have anybody from the credit card system on it. Why not? If you had a member on from the credit card system with access to the it system you could answer more of the customer's queries. Now. With a broken secure messaging sysstem we have nothing

    @AskNationwide got to the very end of account creation/switch and the website has died - now getting a blank screen. Anyone I can speak to see if anything can be recovered?

    @AskNationwide when trying to add my nominated account, I get an error saying that they can't confirm the account is in my name. That's because the nationwide website is removing the apostrophe in my name and replacing it with a space. Please fix your site to allow names.

    @AskNationwide Hey, my mum is having issues accessing internet banking. She's currently in the UK and has tried everything at this point; even the staff at the local branch have been unable to help. I'd appreciate a DM to help her sort this mess out.
