Dealing with the Nationwide Building Society @AskNationwide bereavement service is almost as painful as the bereavement itself. #Nationwide

@AskNationwide Unfortunately she has difficulty walking, & can't easily get to a branch, & she's also thinking about when she can no longer get out at all. It's probably easier to change bank to one who does this. Thanks for your help.

@AskNationwide Yes. Happens about once a week. Restarting phone resolves it. Unsure how you don’t know about it. Been happening for a year and a lot of friends have this issue.

@AskNationwide spent 2 weeks trying to pay off a loan, your automated service continually says its unavailable or on the off chance it rings last time I was on hold for 40mins and gave up. Can you get someone to ring me

  • mrken1970 Ken Morgan (@mrken1970) reported

@AskNationwide is there a problem with your phone lines today? Go through the whole security process and account verification only to be told at the end there is an unforeseen problem. Then cuts you off. Just tell us there is a problem at the beginning and we can hang up..

  • SuccinctSteve Steve Brown (@SuccinctSteve) reported

@AskNationwide your recent communications on paperless statements is something I support. However I would like better functionality in the App that enables me to tag each transaction as "recognised by me", as this is something I do on the monthly statements.

  • JeffSegal1 Jeff Segal (@JeffSegal1) reported

@AskNationwide I sent in a request for an Online ISA transfer pack two weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. Are these requests being held up? I can't make the transfer application on your website because my current ISA provider (Metro Bank) isn't on your approved list. Thanks

@AskNationwide I have had £34 taken out of my account by sundries which has left me overdrawn. I have no idea what this could be for and need help to get to the bottom of it?
