    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide I just paid a cheque into my local nationwide ATM, for £100 & then £20. I put it in the envelope then put it back into the ATM it said Transaction failed then gave me my card back without receipt??? now i’m down 120? what am i supposed to do???

    @AskNationwide Yes,we called 1pm yesterday, spoke to 5 people, NO help.Told to wait for a contractor until midnight, called at midnight to be told they cannot help until the morning and its too late to arrange accommodation. Then told someone will be with us first thing, still nothing! NO HELP

    @AskNationwide Ive just made a payment to an online store a frequently order from. I had to confirm it was me after putting in my new card details which I did. But I go back to the website and my order didn't go through but the money was taken. I emailed their customer service

    @AskNationwide my card has suddenly stopped being recognised which means I have to pay via my wallet. If I try to use my card in my card reader it comes up with error. Any ideas of what has happened?

    @garryb1980s @AskNationwide Not that's ever been identified to us or by the surveyor, and certainly not at a level with significant concerns for our safety. We'll now try other lenders, but NW allowed up to age 75 and at a good rate for 10-year fix, so seemed the best choice given their statements on EWS1

    @AskNationwide It is in line, they just don’t have the ability to fulfil my contract at this time and lied at every stage. My complaint will be with @TheAA_UK but I will be cancelling my account with yourself in the week as I haven’t received the service I pay for

    @AskNationwide Nope. That’s not the case. The available balance hasn’t changed. And it’s always, always instant. It’s left one account but not arrived in the other. Do you have problems with payments at the moment.
