Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide Your credit card customer services team do not service the client but more are in favour of the merchant, yet I'm the one paying the bill. Their systems and procedures benefit the merchant. Without clients, they would not have a job!

@AskNationwide My phone is an XR, not a 13. Anyway, I can work around it, just didn’t know if it was a known issue that’s being worked on or whether this was something that the dev/QA team didn’t know about and needed to look in to so I wanted to get it reported and logged somewhere.
