    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide @AnalystEarth2 It’s very clearly not working properly. I have a payment of £850 missing and it’s coming up to 36 hours since it was sent. It has not bounced back to the sender’s account (my partner). I need this resolving as it’s our bill money!

    @AskNationwide just tried to use my card online and it’s been declined there’s plenty of money in the account. Didn’t seem to connect properly to be verified is there a systems problem? I need to get these groceries paid for today!

    @AskNationwide STOP TELLING PEOPLE THE ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED WHEN THEY CLEARLY HAVE NOT! A LOT OF PEOPLE STILL WAITING ALL BEFORE CHRISTMAS FFS SORT IT OUT!

    @MrChewie Your 2nd point really gets me. In 2010 @AskNationwide were happy to lend me £118,500 on my flat with a gr doubling every 20 years starting at £400pa. In 2020 @AskNationwide REFUSED to lend to my buyer unless I capped gr in perpetuity at £300PA! It cost me £27,000 to fix this !!!

    @AskNationwide So the payment is ‘missing’ and needs to be recalled by the sender? That doesn’t sound like all of the issues have been resolved…?!

    @AskNationwide I sent money to another account in my name yesterday evening in a series of payments, and only 2 arrived out of 6. It is therefore surprising to see you claim that the problem is sorted.
