Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide it’s been a very long time but I’ve received a cheque today but unfortunately can’t get to a Branch in normal working hours! I used to be an employee of Nationwide and vaguely remember that ATM’s had the facility to deposit cheques. Is this still available?

@AskNationwide not yet the bot said if i leave a message an agent will reply next time i log in so ive left all the details of my query there as i have to go out soon cant stay online, but i think paypal maybe requested the same ££ twice in 1 transaction maybe confused the system or something,?

@AskNationwide It is, because I can’t afford the deposit. However, I am paying over 800 quid a month in rent, and have been for a good few years, which surely demonstrates I can afford the repayments? Perhaps reevaluate your mortgage eligibility criteria to help the many people like ourselves?

@AskNationwide really thought u guys a cut above others but an HOUR to get thru on phone and 3 WEEKS just for u to get round to LOOKING at a doc we sent - shockingly poor service chaps If ur busy EMPLOY MORE STAFF!

@AskNationwide I was told that if I went into a branch with ID I could take out cash or use my old card which I don’t have anymore. My new card is not working. Told this is known issue.

@AskNationwide You didn't show me or my family respect, after 20 years of being a customer, you refused to extend my mortgage..and told us to sell our house two weeks before xmas, you caused my family a lot of stress... you suck @AskNationwide I will never forgive or forget #myenemynationwide
