@AskNationwide If there is one thing I do not appreciate, it is being lied to. In the 16yrs I have banked with you, something like this has only happened once. And it was a error on your side!! I will not be paying the overdraft charges… THATS ON YOU!

@AskNationwide U have been lying to us all night saying there's no error when there clearly has been. Well you have breached our contract for not informing us of delayed payments and constantly lying saying there isn't any errors. Well I'm making sure this goes to the ombudsman
