    @AskNationwide I’ve just transferred a lot of money into my starling account and it hasn’t been received so the problem still needs to be fixed l am now going to take all my money out of my nationwide account lm lucky l have more money in the account this needs to be sorted out asap!!!!!

    @AskNationwide Provide me with the email for complaints. I want to complain about this outage. I joined nationwide as my sole current account and yesterday I needed to transfer money urgently. The recipient was left stranded and I was left feeling embarrassed. This is pathetic.

    @AskNationwide I'm very confused reading the customer service responses. Ashley seems to think there's delays regarding some payments made today, however Jamie is saying everything has been resolved... Which is it???!!!

    @AskNationwide A payment sent to our account a week ago has not appeared. Can’t get hold of anyone to check on this. Just phoned our branch and was put on hold then hung up on. How can I get some help please?
