    @AskNationwide Thanks. Card frequently being declined on @on_lothianbuses when trying to travel despite sufficient funds in account. Wasn’t sure if it was my card or fault with contactless system. @on_lothianbuses are other customers having issues with contactless pay?

    @AskNationwide Hi wonder if can help me on my online banking I have some money saying it’s Nationwide Apology can I ask what it’s from? I suffer with memory loss so can’t remember what it’s from just wanted to make sure it’s safe to use and wasn’t my account being hacked etc.

    @AskNationwide i was affected by the problems before Christmas and again the other day, I'm reading about this small compensation so how do I as a customer receive this, to be honest it should just go in are account rather than chase it up....

    @AskNationwide read in the press today that you paid £60 compensation to those affected by your outage; where is mine? I was Unable to use my card at the shop cos you delayed accepting a payment into my account. I could not transfer my own money out of my account.Disgusting!

    @SteveDu48539969 @AskNationwide I rung up about that according to the person I spoke to there was no issues with payments that day but we all no there was including twitter alot of people didn't get paid till 9am when there payment was due at 12am.

    @AskNationwide Sender has been asked over and over... its my boss, and it's left my account... he did it December 30th, we then had two banking days of your systems being down, since then 5 different stories, been told its on there as a lending g transaction , and still nothing
