Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

. @NatWest_Help the move to Mastercard for all customer debit cards is wrong and a crap customer experience. In order to lower your costs, all my online accounts will need to be updated. It’s a really crappy move. #NatWest

So I got in touch with NatWest to get my banking sorted and it’s gonna take another 72 hours. Another 72 hours of no access to my banking. Brilliant. :)

Interestingly, Ellis says Mettle came under "quite a severe cyberattack" but was never more grateful to have support from a larger bank partner like NatWest

And was given the exact same message as I got the last time - accounts will be closed in the next five days. Each failed attempt has relied on me contacting NatWest for you to reveal that there’s been an issue and that payment will be in the next five days

@BrooklynDon6 @HumzaYousaf That’s your problem. NatWest Global HQ have already confirmed they will be moving south on independence so I assume will the other finance houses in Scotland along with Retail, Nuclear, Defence and Business. Denmark do not have a historical commercial ties - 200.000 jobs
