  @NatWest_Help Hello NatWest For the Nth time - If you see what you think are fraudulent transactions on a customer's credit card - at best put a temp block, which the customer can solve via the app or via SMS / Whatsapp This is crucial, esp when the customer is abroad or busy with their life and doesn't want to spend 20 minutes on a call with customer service Why do you insist on this outdated 'call us' philosophy - without care to what your consumer is doing or wants ? How can you even just block, based on an algorithm, without providing a digital confirmation option (Email / phone / app) ? This is literally the tenth or fifteenth time this has happened in the last few years. Please can you fix this ?

  @the_k_bizzle @NatWest_Help NatWest disappointing service not on the side of the customer. Its a real shameful service. Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !

  My NatWest app asked me to enter pin rather than bio fingerprint login now it just keeps timing out i can't login using a browser as i need to approve in the app. Any ideas @NatWest_Help

  Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?   @TiceRichard More likely the bankers, Couts & Natwest. Couts CEO in cahoots with the BBC shut down Nigels account a while ago, remember? and had to make a settlement with him because "his views being considered incompatible with the bank's "values or purpose". Revenge or what?

  @guinevere_86157 19% is high by historical standards, and compares favourably with other Retail Banks e.g. RBS was down at 4% before the financial crisis, and NatWest is currently 14%. The economic impact of 30% should also be considered as this is capital that can't be used to support lending.
