  The natwest help centre is useless. I forgot my online banking password, but to change it I need my account number (which isn't printed on the debit card), so I don't have my account number and to get my account number I need to login to online banking...what exactly do I do now

  @STRshirts I left Natwest in 2018. Used Barclays and Monzo ever since. Not had any problems since switching. Monzo customer service is spot on!

  @MsWalke63125014 @NatWest_Help @MartinSLewis Omg that’s terrible over a year!! This makes me worried for my son to get his. No one answers the phone and NatWest can’t help with CTF. So bad. We need to escalate this to the Ombudsman this isn’t good enough.

  @NatWest_Help No, I haven’t tried that. To be honest, if a successful, multi-million pound bank can’t make a functional app I’ll just use a different bank. I’d rather do that than reinstall the Natwest app, set-up my customer ID and going through the facial recognition every week.

  @NatWestGroup @MarcusRashford It really would help if NatWest supported stabilization of world currencies and the Bretton Woods agreement so that young people would actually have a chance of a good Life. How can anyone justify 7 trillion-dollar a day forex market and 700 trillion dollars in tax havens.?
