    Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

    @KrYpt923317 @NatWest_Help I managed to speak to #natwest credit card support today (took 1/2hour on hold) Told that my credit card account wouldn’t have been transferred as I’d not phoned to request it transferred (????). It will be 24 hours and my account should be visible. I hope so

    As a result of # NatWest # Accor @STN_Airport Can anyone explain why all of these companies love our business, but don’t take any responsibility when things go wrong? I’ve been a NatWest customer forever, but now, because of their crap insurers I will be changing my banking

    @userds5050 @KelvinEHughes @ZiaYusufUK Or these customers might ve been fraudsters themselves? As NatWest and others shut down accounts with no explanation which is ok for uk customers I suppose… no issues with banking licenses…

    @NatWest_Help my Sainsbury’s credit card was declined for my Sainsbury’s order this morning and no one can help until 7th October? I’ve called #sainsburys and NatWest this am. I thought it was supposed to be a seamless transfer?
