Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

@NatWest_Help Hi. I’m trying to book a holiday but when I click on the notification for transaction approval on the NatWest app and log in to the app the ‘approve transaction banner’ isn’t appearing on the Home Screen. Is there an issue? I can’t book without it. Thanks

@LloydsBankNews Wouldn’t use Lloyd’s Bank. Wanted help when a client went bankrupt on my partners business. Had a plan but first thing you do is cancel our overdraft of 5k. As a result had to let 3 staff go. Most unhelpful bank ever. NatWest now have our thriving business. Stay away from Lloyds!

@natwest i’ve tried chatting up the robot on your app for help but she won’t tell me how to call you guys on wifi instead of spending so much money on credit. £10 just disappeared being on hold for 8+ minutes 😩

@ElliotBath @HSBC_UK @NatWestGroup Just awful service. We’ll be leaving HSBC as soon as we’re allowed access to our own bank account and wages. No communication throughout any of this without chasing them myself. And even when I do get through I don’t get answers. Will be happy to move to NatWest!!

@AsdaServiceTeam I am having issues checking out my online order. It is coming up card unrecognised (Amex). However, natwest card was taken. I’ve phoned both Asda and Amex and was told no issues. Clearly this isn’t right. I also used different devices.

@DanPriceSeattle @eyejosh My bank even got called 'serial criminal offenders' by the FBI, yet posted record profits last year, while they closed more local branches and made banking nearly impossible with all the codes I need just to access MY money... Natwest, ladies & gentlemen...
