@NatWest_Help I’ve just spent 30 minutes on the phone with NatWest for you to “put me through” somewhere and you hand up on me? Where is your customer service?

@DevilsDiscussi2 I used to be security manager for a Natwest site down on Lower Thames Street, a guy there we called Swiper, after the Dora character. Anything free we would have it. We found in a storeroom an inflatable pink unicorn and i thought it would be a good idea after Friday drinks

@BarclaysUKHelp Don't you think the most sensible response would be to get a member of your mandate team to call me rather than continue to encourage complaints. I have already opened a Natwest business account as a result of your poor service and plan to move my main accounts over

@NatWest_Help @NatWest Michael, I am aware of the option to pay in a cheque to my #NatWest account at a Post Office but the major problem is this requires you to carry a huge paying in book around with you and you can't just pay in like you can at a NatWest branch using a NatWest debit card.
