Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

@NatWest_Help I tried to pay online and it said card type not accepted so I went to a post office branch and they also said card type not accepted as it was going through as a credit card. Post Office said speak yo Natwest, app help says speak to Post Office

So it’s nearly a week since I tweeted about the terrible customer service I’m receiving from @NatWestGroup fir my mother’s @NatWestBusiness account. Still haven’t heard anything from their customer help service or the #royalgardenkensington branch. Don’t bank with #NatWest !

@ChrisWithTheT Mine was being unable to access credit card account online (in early days of online banking) with NatWest. Credit Card dept told me to contact online dept. Online dept told me to contact credit card dept. Repeat ad nauseam...
