Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

It's not just the Natwest App down. You can't do online transactions/payments either. Presumably because you need to approve them in the app. BUT. The Natwest SM team need to be told this...cos duff info being tweeted.

NatWest is frequently going down on Payday. The most important time for consumers and for banks to fulfill their fiduciary responsibility. This gives you additional time to make interest with my money, given the frequency of 33 days/2yrs, this is intentional and illegal! $BTC
