  Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

  @NatWest_Help Hello NatWest For the Nth time - If you see what you think are fraudulent transactions on a customer's credit card - at best put a temp block, which the customer can solve via the app or via SMS / Whatsapp This is crucial, esp when the customer is abroad or busy with their life and doesn't want to spend 20 minutes on a call with customer service Why do you insist on this outdated 'call us' philosophy - without care to what your consumer is doing or wants ? How can you even just block, based on an algorithm, without providing a digital confirmation option (Email / phone / app) ? This is literally the tenth or fifteenth time this has happened in the last few years. Please can you fix this ?

  @Aodh_MagUidhir @NewnhamTony under FCA regulations NatWest will need to move hq to inside the uk You are the problem in this country - can’t have a sensible conversation with someone who has a differing view so u resort to abuse. Sad that you’re so full of hatred for the uk to make ur stereotype comments

  @bmob719 @BristolCity If you’re paying using NatWest or TSB card you will have issues - been trying to renew our seats since Friday! There is a known issue but they don’t appear to communicating this!!

  @Blokeonabike2 @RupertLowe10 I quit Natwest years ago for their atrocious service. Took me years to close an empty ISA despite contacting them several time. I opened a personal account with Starling so I could have a business account with them. Comes with free, simple invoicing/bookkeeping system too.

  £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it. Lot’s of changes, as this earth spins, everyday, and let’s just make the spins count. - King Oseary - @AP

  @guinevere_86157 19% is high by historical standards, and compares favourably with other Retail Banks e.g. RBS was down at 4% before the financial crisis, and NatWest is currently 14%. The economic impact of 30% should also be considered as this is capital that can't be used to support lending.

  @JamesMelville Agreed. My Mum is 94. Her savings account is with NatWest but she can’t access it because she doesn’t bank online or have the app. NatWest won’t accept my POA because it’s not digital. Absolutely no solution. She can’t access her own savings

  I’ve contacted via email, dm and many phone calls. Each member of staff passes you onto another and lies. It’s clear why NatWest branches are closing down.

  @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

  @BarclaysUKHelp @NatWest_Help @firstdirecthelp - NatWest after 20yrs lost £500 on fraud w no help so want strangle them, Barclays close a/cs via HQ, discrimination, FirstDirect just plain ignore you! Left them all!
