  Why is it when you call NatWest first time round the Agent is always refusing to help (fraud related btw) and then when you call back the second agent is a bloody LEGEND! I just want to understand, why?

  As much as I bash Samsung for not supporting Natwest on Samsung Pay, their repair centre and customer service is actually legit very good. I had my earbuds repaired and returned to me in less than five days. Not bad.
