@NatWest_Help I used the service at Christmas and waited 3 weeks before I contacted the bank to chase. My elderly grandfather put the wrong initial on. Instead of contacting me, I had to do the leg work.I won’t be using that service. NatWest are lining their pockets whilst communities suffer.

I'll give it a try, but that just reinforces my first post of "messy", not detract from it. Will you fix Samsung Pay+ access for existing customers soon?
