@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

Just tried to ring NatWest to see if they would give me an earlier mortgage appt - website says open 8-8 Mon to Fri and I was greeted by a message saying they are now closed, they really do not care.@NatWest_help

@ReticentGenius @NatWest_Help Always seems to be NatWest. I remember 10 years ago when their systems went down and they wouldn't let me draw my cash out. I had over £300k in the account at the time. Switched to HSBC a week later coz **** NatWest.

@ianbetteridge I had reason to visit an RBS(NatWest) branch - them who support pronouns on badges - and not at any point did anyone attempt to force anything down my throat. They didn't even offer me a drink, which is sort of the same.

I think Natwest have work experience girls in. One watched me try & pay cheques in on the ATM then said it was broken & to use the other. Then I paid a bill in an envelope via their special letterbox. Another panicked & asked if I’d used an envelope. I KNOW HOW BANKING WORKS

@darkmuse @Flycatc08394457 @anon_opin It wasn’t £85k back then. It was £50k, and only because the government increased it. That’s per company, not per bank. So Natwest and RBS are one company. You have 2 accounts? Tough. £50k isn’t an awful lot for a lifetime of hard graft.
