On Friday 14/05 I received a call from a NatWest community banker (KP). She told me she had contacted me as she had been given a complaint stating that my mother’s online banking access needs reinstated but she hadn’t managed to get hold of my mother on the numbers NatWest had.

@itvMLshow advise on a loan that was taken out with natwest without me knowing, only just realised as initially thought it was debt interest due to defaulting, natwest doesnt have the original loan document and cant help me but are pushing me to continue paying the debt, help!!!

@FergalBowers @rtenews The problem with the statement is that it is not delivered by anybody who has technical expertise i. e. Head of it. No description of how the security was breached or the approach to fixing it. There are many it ppl in Ireland who fixed up the NatWest fup. Ask for help

@NatWest_Help Don't worry fixed it. My account is now less secure as your dumb app wouldn't let me use the passcode to access it I used before so now it is a much easier to guess one. Thanks Natwest for the security downgrade and wasting my evening
