@financialombuds I made a complaint about NatWest in May 2021 for preventing access to my funds. You found in their favour despite NatWests misinformation on my rights and lies on job title of a colleague. Asked for it to be escalated. Still awaiting a decision.

@greateranglia Is there an issue buying tickets on the android Ga app that require approval in the NatWest app. I cannot get it to work, when I return to the GA app the approval shows n/a
