@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

Big shout to @natwest rewards and @TheAA_UK today. BOTH cars broken and their combination for customers has been brilliant. Much better customer service than when #greenflag were the option

@CooperativeBank absolutely terrible no access to move money around etc for 3 days now. Worst bank I have ever had to deal with.. You should b giving ppl compensation for this. Every ova week app is down. Advice dnt go with coop..never had any these issues with natwest etc....

@NatWest_Help You finally get passed digital assistant Cora who is like M3ghan! (Her goal is to not allow you to speak to a human)! To a 26 minute wait for customer services. Not the Natwest I remember.
