@NatWest_Help Natwest's decision to control where I can transfer my funds is outrageous. Your concern around crypto I doubt has anything to do with fraud and everything to do with shutting down viable competitors to the UK banking system. Nanny state gone mad.

@NatWest_Help It’s lucky I had an account with another bank and they took the time to understand the issue and help me make the payment through using ID and security questions. I have always been so grateful for NatWest but this is a situation not of my doing and I’m stuck with a dead account

@NatWest_Help Thanks, I've already chatted with a NatWest agent via the online banking site. It seems I probably innocently triggered an anti-fraud rule. It's just frustrating that I couldn't buy everything I wanted while the #BandcampFriday promotion was on.

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@rachel_sg Natwest had/have a 24/7 fraud team you can speak to, not sure if Santander do but be surprised if they can’t help as it’s 100% a scam haha, but it could happen again even after they “block the merchant” like they did with mine. Nuisance
