@NatWest_Help @RBS_Help I’d like to thank James Kempton in Natwest Lincoln for his help sorting my Aunts RBS accounts out that RBS have failed to do since contacting them in Jan, along with numerous phones calls and promises to get it sorted. James did what 5 RBS staff failed in!

@vandy22570795 Hi Vadana, our ATM machines are located on the 2nd floor outside Odeon, upper mall outside H&M and next to Decathlon on the lower mall. Natwest also have a cash machine to use on the upper mall. If there is anything else we can help you with let us know!
