@NatWest_Help been on hold for over 4 hours this week to get my child's trust fund account number! ring as soon as lines open and no difference. In branch can't help. Losing trust that natwest should be looking after money at all. Can hmrc move the account as we can't access it?

@VirginMoney your app is loading slow and then not allowing sign in. Website loads but then sign in does not click through. Assuming your service is down like Natwest?
