@GoldTelegraph_ It's debatable as they still guarantee deposits. They also still own a fair chunk of NatWest after the GFC. Part of the issue is whether you can call them British banks anymore. Is HSBC British? My guess is that if they get into trouble they will dismantle and consume.

@NetflixUK why is it seemingly impossible to send an email to say “sorry ur price is rising” NatWest app sent me an email to show increase. Perhaps people r leaving not just because of cost but poor customer service. Will be cancelling today

@HSBC_UK The profanity wasn’t directed at HSBC but was used to describe the attitude of HSBC towards 1% of their customers who can’t access their accounts for 3 months a year. NatWest, Halifax and Monzo have no problem functioning during the summer so I will bank with them and not you 🫡

Went to #Natwest related to mum's estate. Spoke to helpful lady. She - have you brought x,y and z. No I have brought just x because that's what it says on your website. She - website is wrong I keep telling them customers say that but they ignore me. I tried to mention users...
