    @NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

    @SoozUK Bloke works in NatWest January to November then takes 6 weeks off at Christmas time every year to transform into a panto dame despite knowing **** all about performing/theatre/make up This is what they think happens? Morons the lot of them urgh

    If you would like a take home from this whole things is that if you want a bank with good attention to detail and robust systems to avoid human error, NatWest is not for you

    @NatWest_Help @baddersno7ynwa Has this still not been fixed? I also have a 1 on the NatWest app to say there is a notification but there are none when I open the app. Sounds like it’s a problem from over 18 months ago!

    @Telegraph I ordered an iPhone and iPad from Apple on the same day and NatWest blocked my account. I had to call NW to say it was genuine. If NW can protect its customer accounts, why can’t other banks do the same?
