@richardm56 hi Richard, is there any way you can look into NatWest closing down random bank accounts? No warning, doesn’t matter how much money you have or your social standing, there’s a facebook group “NatWest closed my account” can you take a look please?

  • yugismomx 👑 (@yugismomx) reported

@NatWest_Help just had a call from a mobile number saying they’re from NatWest? Guessing I should block the number?

  • iang_fc iang (@iang_fc) reported

@dgwbirch It has to be NatWest. They are the only party in control of the security model, the only one that can do something about it. When phishing turns up, only NatWest can change the model to mitigate phishing. (That is, if we want to address the problem. Maybe we don’t…)

  • AgentCas73 Chrissie. (@AgentCas73) reported

Online banking with #Natwest is impossible. Getting access to an account online is awful. There's too many questions asked and it's my frigging account and I can't get in. Thinking of going to a new bank.

  • jo_bazz jo bones 🦴 (@jo_bazz) reported

@modeltrees my bank offer a finance health check service (RBS/NatWest) where they go through everything with you it was on zoom and quite good tbh I don’t have anyone in my family that would be able to help either so it was nice just to talk things through

  • thefx_network THE FX NETWORK (@thefx_network) reported

@NatWest_Help why have natwest froze down my account? no letter of warning? the branch in Dartford gave me 0 help

  • Webby285 Si Webster (@Webby285) reported

@NatWest_Help Please supply me with your complaints process for the Fraud team. They are a disgrace and will end my time with Natwest after 35 years. Left with no access to any money , card or account, with little to no explanation for 5 days now. Absolute joke

  • Reiswekker1 Reiswekker (@Reiswekker1) reported

@dgwbirch Natwest can’t help that their logo is misused. Destination back has accepted a fraudster as a client and will hold the illegally earned funds, so they are in a position to do something. The ISP? Nope. You? Certainly, why would you click on links? 😌

  • sparklehorse197 John Lawrence (@sparklehorse197) reported

@NatWest_Help I switched to #natwest just over two weeks ago. I'm now waiting for my third card to be issued, due to fraudulent activity on my previous two cards. In 25 yrs banking with the Halifax, I've never had any issues, not one! Anyone else thinking about switching.. don't

  • AussieGoob AussieGoob (@AussieGoob) reported

@LloydsBank I can't log into it... Because I can't receive that automated call properly. It calls. I answer. It hangs up before it even speaks. I'm stuck here. I cannot access my account. I'm getting very frustrated. At this rate when I get back in I'm liable to move my money out to NatWest
