This is one of two adverts reggae star Smiley Culture did for the bank, promoting their On Line bank accounts aimed at teenagers. UK banks leaned heavily into the teenage market in the 1980s, on the assumption that customers rarely changed bank accounts. If you got the customer young they would stay with you for life, so why not give them a cash card and a free sports bag when they were 14?

Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !

If a teller or csa at a NatWest did their shift reeking of alcohol, particularly when dealing with customers, they would be disciplined. Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs

For last few days, can log in to NatWest app when directed, but page to approve payment is just blank. I've used this way to pay in the past with no 1/2
