@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@LondonLadAnt I just had a text from Natwest saying the switch is complete. Checked the cashpoint and it's all sorted. Got to say but fantastic service from both RBS and Natwest (same banking group). Took 4 days and everything was done within a hiccup.

Do admit though it took a verified X user to bring the NatWest issue up however and it seems to work like half an hour later funny that one. Almost like they accidentally affected someone with money who pays for silly things like blue ticks lol

Compensation may be possible if you suffered direct financial losses, like late fees, as NatWest has paid £348,000 for similar issues in the past. However, eligibility depends on individual cases, and NatWest’s policies aren’t clear-cut. Contact NatWest with evidence of losses, like bank statements.
