@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@NOWTV_It Why can't I take out a membership with you? every time I try and pay, either through your app of your website on my phone or on my laptop, paying either with my Natwest card, Monzo card or paypal, it just says "Error, something went wrong. Please try again". Sort it out

I waited until the end of my work day and drove back to @Morrisons and I went into the petrol station to ask when I would be refunded. The man working on the till looked guilty and told me it happened with @NatWest cards a lot and he went to get his manager.

@CVRTLMusic @1e9petrichor @DominicFrisby I’d not had any problems with NatWest either until a few weeks ago when they wouldn’t let me send money to crypto exchange. They told me it was for my own safety. They did say that, ‘for now’, they would accept transfers from exchanges.

@DominicFrisby Natwest were ok with for a while... then they froze my cards and accounts for 5 days because of a transfer to an exchange. It was a good lesson in how banks can take away access to your money for any reason at any time...
