    So natwest dont believe i dont have online banking and want PIN numbers from when i opened my account.....in 19 ******* 97! So i cant get my new card so no access to my account.

    The £50 are nowhere to be found and if they are not back in a week ima chase up. Also hate how slow they are bc i just transferred some € over and wise is like yeah they are there! While natwest is like nothing here… My spanish bank n monzo are pretty instant… why arent u?

    Just so as everyone is aware withdrawing cash from Natwest is fun. Staff question you to give details on how you spend it. This made me very uncomfortable being asked these questions in full view and earshot of every customer there but its their policy apparently.

    When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

    @CamdenCabbieNW1 Sage are doing free software for sole traders. @TomTaxiDriver has been advertising it. May be worth a look I have access to FreeAgent that comes free with my Mettle (part of natwest) business account.

    @GSGB01 Yes JC we need people with knowledge and support from the nation , Sharon Osbourne next, we need someone that is one off the top brass from the bank off England or other financial field that isn't a fake cashier at NatWest like we have now , MPs that make a difference

    @ThreshedThought Thanks Mike. The real issue is the 75% foreign ownership, which makes it much harder to influence change. It’s baffling how this model was ever allowed for our key services: 🇦🇺 50% Utilities Trust of Australia 🇬🇧 25% NatWest Pension Trustee Ltd 🇨🇦 25% Desjardins (linked to CDPQ)

    Today, @CamdenCouncil, your scheme failed a frail, elderly woman in a significant way. She flagged me down at the intersection of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, urgently needing help to pick up her elderly friend at the NatWest bank on Tottenham Court Road. What should have been a quick one-minute journey along a major thoroughfare turned into a frustrating 16-minute detour. The reality is that Tottenham Court Road does not prioritise “inclusion.” It is absurd that accessible transport is prohibited from driving along one of London’s main roads. @TfL @LondonAssembly
