So natwest dont believe i dont have online banking and want PIN numbers from when i opened my account.....in 19 ******* 97! So i cant get my new card so no access to my account.

Just so as everyone is aware withdrawing cash from Natwest is fun. Staff question you to give details on how you spend it. This made me very uncomfortable being asked these questions in full view and earshot of every customer there but its their policy apparently.

@J_A_Wilson @scoopster6 Natwest Plc is an English bank registered in London and always has been. RBS plc is a Scottish bank (11% of Natwest Group) and these does almost no business outside Scotland. The 2021 Balance Sheet was £102 bn. It can't leave Scotland other than by closing down.

@BarclaysUKHelp I was trying to buy something online but my payment kept being declined and I don’t know why, tried different cards but no joy. No error code just payment declined. Used husbands NatWest card and it went through fine.

@marching4youtoo When HBOS, RBS, Natwest, Lloyd's, Northern Rock were bankrupted by greed and an **** of irresponsible lending they were miraculously bailed out using our taxes. But schools and hospitals don't get help.

@NatWest_Help natwest block your account without warning, this causes your derect benifits to bounce and go unpaid evrn though there is money in thr account, you have no warning od your account being blocked anf people usually find out when trying to pay for something and find out they can't

So, Having a great day. NatWest have pulled my mortgage offer. Gone back to my broker and the rate has gone from 2.1% to 6.3% with Barclays. Oh and I have to put 20% down now. How could anyone buy a house with those rates. My monthly payment would be £1012.
