  • shmergel Shmergel Flonk (@shmergel) reported

@NatWestComm @VirginMoney No issue with Natwest today. It’s Virgin Money that isn’t working for online payments.

  • RFCryptoStudies RedFalcon.crypto 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@RFCryptoStudies) reported

@NatWest_Help I’m sadly watching traditional banks such as NatWest going down the drain. Erratic unexplained changes, lack of updated tech, it’s becoming less and less useful as the times go on and it’s disappointing to see

  • dangrech Dan Grech (@dangrech) reported

@PopcornBambino Don’t move to NatWest and having the same issues with my business as usual international payments - avoid!

  • Amy2Dee1983 Amy Dee (@Amy2Dee1983) reported

@AlphaMasculini1 My mother and I don't have husbands..... SEND HELP! What is this retangular, plastic, purple, miniature board I see before me? NATWEST DEBIT CARD? What does it mean?

  • lodat_k K (@lodat_k) reported

Why have you shut down all your banks @NatWest_Help? There isn’t one for at least 50 miles. I need to pay in a cheque and the app isn’t accepting it and the Post Office won’t accept the cheque without a slip from NatWest. Not good enough 😡.

  • soocphotos Dan F. (@soocphotos) reported

@Helena817708 @VirginMoney Not working here and we need to urgently transfer money. Sick of their incompetence. I thought natwest were bad until Virgin took over YB and now its junk. I'm gonna move my 2 personal and 1 business account elsewhere

  • dook42_domini Dook 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 🇳🇿 (@dook42_domini) reported

@BitcoinMagazine i guess no mention that at least UK banks have started it eg Natwest - if you try using a debit card to buy crypto on a regular basis they block your card.. ps Natwest has it's own crypto investment department..

  • tammylo53070893 tammylouise (@tammylo53070893) reported

@NatWest_Help ive been waiting 4 hours for a message back on the messaging service through the natwest app said i would have a reply in an hour! Is there anybody actually answering the messages today?

  • 333Beastie 𝔸𝕞𝕪 *𝕞𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕒 𝕠𝕗𝕗𝕝𝕚𝕟𝕖* 𝔹𝕖𝕤𝕒𝕥𝕖 👹 (@333Beastie) reported

@NatWest_Help @guardian think you need to get on this. NatWest refuse to fix their own mistakes and instead bounce people between their customer services and get nothing done

  • LordDroverson Lee @ 155 Farnham (@LordDroverson) reported from Farnham, England

@cjhunter1966 Natwest Farnham is now closing for good on October 4th. Terrible news. based i would think on financial decisions rather than taking care of customers. @NatWestGroup #farnham
