I was scammed last year by imposters posing as my bank Natwest who also didn't help. I lost £20k 😭😭. They were very convincing. My case is with the financial ombudsman since Oct last year

@bissmahmehmud I found Natwest to be the better one among all. Smoth service and they never asked stupid questions. Barclays was close second

@duncanm I went on TPS and I ended up getting more calls, a sub to truecaller or whatever is probably the way forward but that seems to drop out and stop working every round of updates.... I've had the "NATWEST" text yesterday so another one doing the rounds.

@MjTurner_ There is a tower looking sorry for itself near fiveways but it wasnt from the good years anyway, they've pulled down the natwest tower and replaced it with some generic muck, but there some good bits on Hagley Road left. Casson Conder assembly rooms in Derby to be demolished

@NatWest_Help I’ve tried it with both. Even restarted my phone. The issue is definitely with Natwest as I’ve just made the payment via PayPal and it went through. The payment was eventually denied “BD1” neither my credit or debit card went through

@CDBeckett ? It's legit that Natwest have really bad customer service. We don't know if the original flag was genuine (I want them to flag odd activity though). That's not the problem. Problem is they never told me what action they were taking with my account.

@NatWest_Help I verified the transaction using the Natwest app, and even verified the transactions when your automated load of rubbish called me... THEN flagged as fraud again when i bought a £2.89 drink using paypal!! You need some help coding this thing? it's diabolical.

Just had a call from NatWest offering their support (for my current account). Support? Yes, I need you to vote for me in the election. What, do you mean so you don’t have to go out in the hail? Not INSTEAD of me, I said. Vote FOR me!
