    @NatWest_Help But if you bank with Natwest they will take out a cancelled standing order and make you skint.. also close down all the smaller branches in town so you have 1 choice to queue at the main branch for ages with not enough staff for all the customers…

    @sundayhandbag @LBC @mrjamesob Working in Finance means a lot of things - He didn't seem to me he would be working as "banker" (trader/M&A/economist etc...) . Could be working being for a Natwest branch for all we know.

    Why is the ee and natwest app being an absolute **** recently, all of my money has just disappeared and not reappearing after refreshing the app and I cant even top up my phone...

    @EdTurnham @DrSelvarajah To me Ed it’s choice at point of access. I don’t have to call NatWest before I go into branch to make a transaction (even if I can do it online) sometimes it’s just easier to pop in to branch… to me it’s something about choice and flexibility and ultimately part of the user exp
