Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?   @NatWest_Help Hi Mikyla - thanks, I'm still having the same problem I'm afraid. I've just tried again now to make a payment to HMRC through their app but unfortunately, after their app transfers me to the NatWest app to approve the payment, I log in, then just get a blank screen. The ... cont.

  @NatWest_Help Can you please advise who I need to contact to stop mail coming to my address that isn’t addressed to me? Potentially previous owners but me returning the mail to the NatWest return address doesn’t seem to be working!

  @NatWest_Help please can someone contact me as I have been unable to book a holiday with Jet2 due to “PSD2 SCA issue” the NatWest adviser suggests I have to speak to Jet 2 to resolve and I find it hard to believe that a major bank and a major holiday company cannot interoperate

  @GSGB01 Yes JC we need people with knowledge and support from the nation , Sharon Osbourne next, we need someone that is one off the top brass from the bank off England or other financial field that isn't a fake cashier at NatWest like we have now , MPs that make a difference

  @OmniSteve @LloydsBank @NatWest_Help They waited for the official final switch day - when NatWest closed my account - to then cancel. If there was an issue with my application it should have been dealt with much sooner.

  My NatWest app asked me to enter pin rather than bio fingerprint login now it just keeps timing out i can't login using a browser as i need to approve in the app. Any ideas @NatWest_Help
