I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

@Dymvue My mum has the same issue. NatWest has cut the local branch opening hours and sent an 85-year-old woman a card reader in the belief that she'll be able to manage her account online. Some very vulnerable people are effectively being abandoned by the banking system.

@NatWest_Help I have not used my NatWest debit card on the internet before. I want to pay £10 every month for my broadband. I have registered a mobile phone number and email with you. Am I likely to have any problems paying over the internet? Thank you.

2/2 The Insolvency Service discovered both a £25k Govt. COVID bounce back loan payment + a £10k top-up loan had been transferred into a bank account in Kalam’s name the day after the money had arrived in Choose Chilli Ltd’s bank account. NatWest Bank handed out the loans.

@CosmicHerb70 @anon_opin They'd be riding round all the closed down bank branches. The NatWest, the Barclays, the Midlands. Even the Lloyds.

@QuestionerMoney 2/2. Most of the UK’s mini-budget is for gas which is estimated by NatWest to be about half the amount the government has allotted & may in fact be costless come December. So liquidity is the problem. That is odd because both UK & USA have really low unemployment levels.
