@iamtomskinner With Natwest you can block all gambling transactions from the account. Hopefully other banks allow same thing, do that let him get back on track without being able to gamble and as time passes the urges will subside

Just a quick “be aware” notice. RBS and NatWest have a major issue with fraud - the fraudulent transactions are with Nando’s and Fiveguys. We’ve be hit with fraudulent transactions today. Check and be aware guys!! On phone with RBS now and they’ve already said it’s a known issue

@NatWest_Help Just spent the last 30/40 minutes trying to use that web chat facility it's worse than useless. I've spent 7 years as a NatWest customer and at this rate another 7 years will have passed before I get through to actually speaking to someone face to face.

@MerrynSW According to it's website, NatWest has 19m customers, so they have 3.8m customers investing in crypto? Wow! Forget about starting off by investing in a tracker fund, let's just go straight for the sharpest knife in the drawer!!
