@NatWest_Help E.g.of NatWest's incompetence. It sends me new debit card: fine. When I try to make a little charity donation online, I have to use card-reader - okay. But... card-reader does not recognize new card. Then we have the pointless 'help' from "Agent Cora". Hopeless.

@BrooklynDon6 @HumzaYousaf That’s your problem. NatWest Global HQ have already confirmed they will be moving south on independence so I assume will the other finance houses in Scotland along with Retail, Nuclear, Defence and Business. Denmark do not have a historical commercial ties - 200.000 jobs

I bet (no pun intended) they wouldn't block payments to gambling sites (don't gamble). I've been meaning to close my #ISA for a while (pointless with today's #inflation). Now I will! Natwest says it's for my safety, but I don't feel #safe if THEY decide where I spend MY money.🤬
