I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

@nsandihelp I have an existing NS&I account. Trying to buy Premium bonds fails repeatedly at payment stage - your web-site saying card-issuer declined. (but approved succesfully in Natwest app).

@OldhamChronicle pls not housing. Trams & road traffic alone on noise pollution, never mind there is no "green space" for children. needs something to include the Natwest bank too. Oldham does not have a working/historical mill and its almost where "home of the tubigrip" was invented.

Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.
