Whenever I've had to call Natwest they've usually been helpful, but they're not as good as they used to be...

@CYMROPORT happening in Cardiff, there are no banks currently in my area, Natwest, Barclays and Lloyds have all pulled out in last 12 months. Awful for the elderley
