  Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?   @stephenpollard Tesco/NatWest comparison assumes all businesses are the same. But Rail is a natural monopoly and already depends heavily on the state. It's a question of public service versus commercial service. Rails different as passengers can't switch provider in any meaningful sense.

  @PaulReadGB @LifeThruSpecs Credit cards carry insurance by law. They don't like it, and might even claim it's not true. But squirrelled away in a dark corner of their website is a crappy little form to fill in so they can begrudgingly comply with their legal obligations (been there, done it with NatWest).

  @DanNeidle Yeah i set up a stocks and shares isa with natwest in November and my return so far is 9.17% since Nov, Set it up as I'm self employed and didn't have a pension pushing 40 so thought I'd have something just incase i needed to access the cash but also long term invest

  @Lifeofdavie_ Most banks are shutting down due to 90% automation of processes. I have an account with NatWest, the branch in my town has only 2 staff: One teller/customer advisor and Branch Manager/Lead. Machine to deposit coins, cash in, pin resets, cheques scanners, digitised processes!
