The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

Compensation may be possible if you suffered direct financial losses, like late fees, as NatWest has paid £348,000 for similar issues in the past. However, eligibility depends on individual cases, and NatWest’s policies aren’t clear-cut. Contact NatWest with evidence of losses, like bank statements. Do admit though it took a verified X user to bring the NatWest issue up however and it seems to work like half an hour later funny that one. Almost like they accidentally affected someone with money who pays for silly things like blue ticks lol
