    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

    @BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

    Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

    @NatWest_Help hi I placed a switch to HSBC from NatWest and I want to cancel. HSBC have been no help. Can you please reject the switch request please I don’t want to switch to them anymore

    When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

    Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?     @JamesMelville Agreed. My Mum is 94. Her savings account is with NatWest but she can’t access it because she doesn’t bank online or have the app. NatWest won’t accept my POA because it’s not digital. Absolutely no solution. She can’t access her own savings

    Anyone else having problems with their NatWest Banking App following the last 2 phone updates? Last time I had to phone NW and they said they had others saying the same. I had to delete and reinstate my APP. I had an update last night and now can’t get in my NW Banking APP again

    @NicholasGuyatt Was actually In at the time block rock owned ex NatWest towers which had an American dorm for foreign students. Had shops selling American candy. Our resto was in there. Cost approx 500£/wk in 05. We also worked with Hoxton urban lodge who had rooms starting at 29£
