@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@itvMLshow advise on a loan that was taken out with natwest without me knowing, only just realised as initially thought it was debt interest due to defaulting, natwest doesnt have the original loan document and cant help me but are pushing me to continue paying the debt, help!!!

@natwest so far I’ve been to one branch which has been closed down (closing date 15th June but no signs of life) and second branch I find has literally no staff in here except for a security guard!!!

@NatWest_Help Hi Louis, thanks for getting back to me. I have tried updating the app, updated the phone and have reinstalled app. I have spoken to someone @natwest who said there may be an issue with iPhones??? Other people are experiencing it, so clearly there is a issue on your end??

Response from Natwest who promised to write off my debt commitment for my support "a view was taken in support of Ms P's comments. Please note, this would not have dissolved her liability for repayment of the facility" how does this support the DA Act. @CEOAlisonRose @safelives_

On Friday 14/05 I received a call from a NatWest community banker (KP). She told me she had contacted me as she had been given a complaint stating that my mother’s online banking access needs reinstated but she hadn’t managed to get hold of my mother on the numbers NatWest had.
