Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

@NatWest_Help A response from natwest arrived on 4th June. I replied back to this because I was disatisfied with how this was handled and the negative impact it had left on me financially. The error has been admitted by natwest.

@MartiniGuyYT I get paid my wages in fiat, it doesn't remain that way for long, once bills are gone it goes into crypto and I then withdraw as and when needed. If it goes up great, if it goes down... I'd rather lose money holding it in a way of my choosing rather than it sitting with natwest

@karen_larner @BusterJames15 @TJ0056 Look on F/B NatWest site. They have started freezing peoples accounts for 60 days if you challenge them about cash or not providing receipts for cash. They have put young men & women (naive and Gullible) on the front desk and slapped a managers badge on them.

@jdpoc @GBNEWS Over the last yr I’ve called Admiral, NatWest FD, Santander, M&S, & numerous savings, investment banks where the rep is at home In each instance I gave passwords & DOB etc for them to access the account which we then discussed

@NatWest_Help Thank you but a complaint to the ombudsman has already been filed. My tweet was just to state that I feel @natwest are an incompetent and atrocious service. I wasn't searching for help. Natwest has had several opportunities to provide this in the last 2 weeks and choose not to.

@NatWest_Help @NatWest I have spoken with four departments and gone through on line chat and not one of them can help me, so unless your wearing your pants outside your trousers I don’t see the point.
